Location good,and owner was so kind and helpful

The room looks exactly like in the photos. You have a mini fridge and a kettle in the room, which were very useful. The location, although not in the city center, was close to the train station. The area is quiet and I felt safe. I walked everywhere. The host was very nice and receptive to every inquiry I had.

Upon entering, the room smelled too strong of perfume (not a bad smell, just too strong). The room was a bit cold on the first night. After that, the host showed me how to turn on the heating, but I still felt it could have been better.

Check in was smooth and the host was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and well presented. The property is centrally located. Far enough away from the centre but close enough to walk to all amenities including the train station and where the tour buses a caught, 5-10 mins walk. The beds were comfortable and a fridge,kettle and hairdryer were provided.

The property is close to the tram, essentially right outside the door. This can pose a problem if you are a light sleeper as they run till midnight and start again at 5.am. Shower isn’t the greatest but does the job.

it was cozy and quiet place. it was very good that you can use fridge and air conditioning. thank you very much, staff was friendly. city center is near (10-20 min)

1. it’s minus not only here, that if you will come after 7 pm you should extra pay. I bought new tickets to bus to come early. 2. I don’t know, but I didn’t see breakfast. I saw that here was tables and coffee machine, but breakfast no. 3. you should pay taxes for 1 night 4€ only by cash. 4. in room was coffee, but no tea:(

Absolutely immaculate all the time. I stayed 6 nights and never saw a speck of dust or dirt. My room was large and comfortable and very quiet. The main station , Santa Maria Novella, is about a 6-8 minute walk. The Duomo perhaps 20. The manager/owner could not have been more accommodating. Altogether a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Would not hesitate to return.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My stay in Florence was fantastic. Everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away, from the historical landmarks to great restaurants. The location was ideal, and the comfort of the accommodations made it even better. It was easy to relax after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to experience the beauty of Florence. Highly recommended for a cozy, convenient stay!

The staff Is really helpful and always available also for last minute requests. The location is strategic if you want to stay close to the station and have very little time to explore the city. The room is small but comfortable and well cleaned and has everything you need. The balcony and A/C is a plus. Good value for the money.

The area and the building is quiet but you might get some noise from the other rooms.

The room was spacious and the private balcony was definitely a plus. All the facilities worked well such as aircon and mini fridge Location is good not too far from centre, near the station and tram also buses are available. The staff was very attentive and welcoming.

Sometimes the bathroom had a sewage smell, however if the window was open it will go away.

The host is realy polite and willing to help you any time. The room was very clean and had everything we need. The location is great - 20min walk from the Duomo. There is an option to park on the street (paid zone) or to use a paid parking nearby. Would recommend and come back one day!

We got a room next to the main entrance. We were hearing all the people entering/exiting the place (sometimes too early in the morning).

Very stylish and clean room (and entry hall) that was cleaned daily. The place has a great location very close to the main station and only a 15 min walk brings you into the city center. The host is very helpful and responded quick when our wifi didn't work for a bit. Highly recommended.
