Julia was the perfect host. The room is just what you need in a city like Florence. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The Air Conditioner was perfect too and I'm from Ireland so needed it cool a lot. I would certainly agree that perhaps even a common refrigerator in the corridor to share with other rooms would have been perfect but there's lots of shops in walking distance that have ice and cold drinks if you need them I used the Conad near the train station on Largo Fratelli Alinari. Florence is just beautiful and I always recommend a Guru walking tour (pay what you want) on and this was an absolute BONUS experience, I went to a Pasta making and free as much as you can drink wine evening and WOW. It blew me away how amazing this was. I booked via Get Your Guide App and is was at the Via de' Bardi, 23 r, 50100. Stunning!

Thanks for a great stay and the host Julia was exceptional in providing detailed information, also about restaurants and sightseeing tips. She messaged each day so see if everything was okay. The location was very convenient and central and the room was comfortable.

Only one little thing initially - there were perhaps no guests before me and the AC didn't work to warm up the room. Julia helped me via chat to reset the remote control...therefore it felt very cold initially and took a few hours to warm up the room in this rainy season. But I was provided an extra blanket and could sleep very comfortably.

Julia is really helpful during our stay. She provided some useful information related to the local event, attractions and nice restaurants. Our experience with people in Florence was amazing, you can see people there are more friendly than other big city in Italy. :) Location is around 10mins walk from main train station. Florence is really small city, you basically spend around 20mins - 30mins by walk to the city centre/attractions. If you feel tired like us, you can take the tram for return. It maybe better you take off on 3rd stop where you walk less to the hotel. The room have everything you need - a huge bed, bottles of water, nice coffee, good wifi and AC in summer. They provided you a decent shower gel/shampoo which made from local and you can buy it in the city centre if you fancy them. We will return here if we visit Florence again.

Julia is a helpful n care lady n she sends me the tips of food places n suggest me where I can go. The place is spacious n clean n modern.

The mattresses are too soft n sunk in the middle. If you are a light sleeper, it might be a bit noisy to you cos the door gets into this apartment is too heavy n it has a big bang sound whoever closes the door. The sound proof system in the building not too good. I can hear people’s walking step sound. But after midnight, it has no more sounds but early morning around 7am onward you can hear people waking outside or the Big Bang sounds of the door. The curtain is thin n the sunlight shines through in the early morning.

The room was very clean with daily housekeeping. Easy walk to the train/bus stations and withthin walking distance to the tourist areas. It's quiet since it's not facing the main road and the sound proof windows blocked out most outside noise . Julia was very responsive and provided all sorts of tips.

Would be nice to have a mini fridge and water kettle in the room.

The owner gave really detailed instructions on how to check in and how to get to the property depending on how you get into town! She also allowed us to have an early check-in which we appreciated so much! During the stay we were given recommendations on what we should go see, where to eat and facts about Florence.

The only thing I could think of was that the room didn’t have a microwave but that isn’t a necessity so not really a complaint.

Fabulous hotel, great location right next to the train station so well linked but far enough away to avoid any noise. Host was fantastic, providing local recommendations that we checked out and found to be great restaurants and things to do, and she was always on hand if need be. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended for another eve. Great value for money and would definitely come back if in Florence again.

It's a cosy little apartment just as described, but with a really clever layout and economic use of space and facilities it was perfect for us. But I was most impressed with the clear, thorough communication from Julia, who was available (through WhatsApp) to answer any questions we had and help with some great local recommendations. The location was quiet but with a tram right outside 3 stops from the centre of the old town, so just perfect. Thanks for everything Julia!

The location was amazing, I came here for a conference hoasted in the Fortress, and Street Art Inn is very close to it. The city center is 10 minutes away by foot, but there is a tram station right next to the hotel if needed. The accomodation was remarkably clean, everyday roomservice. The place has a very cool vibe overall with the street art in the room and on the hallway. Julia, the person of contact, is very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunatelly, there were renovating the facade of the building, and I would wake up quite early with construction workers shouting at my window. This was just bad timing, and the event surely is not repeatable.

Amazing location and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and attractions. Also very close to train station too. Loved the art on the wall in the room. Beautiful! Balcony was a nice touch too.

Bathroom toilet was constantly running but it was fixed. That’s about it.
