We really liked the great location of the accommodation, which is very close to both the airport and the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful. At the reception, there was a map of the city showing the main landmarks and other important spots, making it much easier for us to get around the city during our stay. Plus, the hotel staff even marked the hotel’s location and some other places on the map beforehand, which was really helpful. Breakfasts were great. Overall, a great place to stay – highly recommended!

There was some mold in the shower, and the toilet seat was a bit loose.

× My bathroom was across the hall from my room. I think it was my own private bathroom, which helped, but it wasn't the best situation - especially at 2 in the morning!! × Shower was fairly small with quite a narrow door and the head sprayed all over!! The temperature was also either controlled by all water within the building, or simply possessed!!! After 5 minutes of working to get a nice temp I'd be showering and suddenly scalding water is raining down on me!!!

The rooms are very large and clean. Check in process is simple and flexible. Breakfast was simple but has a good variety and the machine coffee they make for you is a nice touch. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of the centre but easily walkable to all major sights. We would gladly return.

The staff was very kind and nice and everything was very clean. Easy access, comfortable room and everything working as required.

I expected a little bit more regarding the breakfast. You had the traditional sweet croissants, which were very good. But for people who prefer a savoury breakfast, you could make yourself only toasts with cheese, ham or salami and hard boiled eggs. The location was not bad, right next to the station, but it was impossible to sleep with the window open, because our window was towards the street and it was frequented by cars all the time, the echo was rather loud. But we are soft sleepers.

- Smooth check-in. Staff also allowed me to put my luggage in early and gave me the key in advance which allows me to explore the city. Staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming. - Clean and tidy room. - Double/triple glazing window, although located nearby main road but little/no noise observed. - Located nearby a tram station and 10 mins of walking away from the train station.

- Separate bathroom for my booked room, but not a big concern as the bathroom is for myself. Key is also provided. - Room was slightly smelly upon check-in but the smell went away when the window is opened to allow some ventilation, not a big concern for me.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The centralized heating system kept the room comfortably warm, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to the city center, right next to a tram station, and only a 4-minute walk to the bus point for the outlet.

On the downside, during my last night, the hot water suddenly ran out while I was taking a shower. It took about 20 minutes for it to heat up again, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location: quiet area, just two tram stops from S. Maria Novella train station and close to Fortezza da Basso. Host: excellent treatment by host Giulia, with lovely morning chat. Room: we had family room n.5, spacious and comfortable with view on main road. Good night sleep and minibar available.

Only down side, this room is the only one with external private bathroom, which could be an inconvenience sometimes.

The room was spacious, with wine glasses and a minibar. Very decorated with Christmas things.

They touched too much our things while cleaning. Folded our clothes, and moved our things to make them look pretty on the table. They also threw away a plastic bag that they considered trash. Please don't throw away things that are not on the floor or in the trash can, and don't touch people's things. That's not professional. Also, restock the breakfast when something finishes, it should be for everyone, not for the first that wakes up.

This property was conveniently located across from the tram with shops and restaurants a short walking distance. The room was immaculate and clean, instructions to get to B&B, get into the building and room were clear and very easy to follow. The breakfast provided each morning was amazing and the hosts were extremely accommodating, helpful and ready to assist with anything. Getting into the city/train station was a short walk but tram out the front was a major plus!

Stepping up/down from the shower is a little high and would be good to have railing/touch point of contact for safety.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the crowds of Florence 😁. Besides the dome probably not the best spot for a relaxed visit. There are just so many tourists. The hotel offered us a clean room and a decent breakfast at a distance of 15 to 20 min walk to the centre.

The room was a bit dated and in general the arrangement was a bit surprising. Basically the maison consists of a big apartment with individual rooms located in a building with more such hotels. So you need to enter the big building get to the 5th floor enter the hotel and then enter the individual room. For the money I think it should have been better. Also there is no bathroom available besides the ones in the rooms so if you come pick up your luggage after checking out you will not be able to use one. Also you need to expect some noise. Even though there are double windows you still hear the traffic and trains. Busy area...
