Ver new and nice hotel with super beautiful lobby and public areas. Very easy to get access to airport by tram in front of the hotel. Lisa and staffs are friendly.

Seriously, nothing. But, there was one thing i want to mention that when I called to the room service at one night that I need new towels because I didn’t request house keeping for my entire 4-nights stay. The staff wanted to me to pay, which is a bit unacceptable to me. I had to explain again so she agreed to give me new towel. I could have new towels every day but I just request once, She could already have the history about my house cleaning history. Almost all the hotels prepared extra towels in the room even you booked for only one person. I dont to think it is service any hotel and provide, not necessary to pay extra.

What’s not like about this place! The social hub is only based out of Europe but I can’t wait when they decide to come to the states

The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem with the shower and they moved me to another room, which was an upgrade and provided a selection of cakes with a hand written apology note.

It’s right in front of the tram (1.70€ per person - pay with your card or purchase at the tram station machine 90min after validation) From Belfiore to SMN is 3 stops. Don’t forget to validate physical ticket. The staffs are brilliant, extremely helpful and always smiles. They’re great at what they’re doing. Check in key in reservation surname and some details, pay the tax and good to go! Checkout key in surname and room number. There are plenty of ipad for the checkin and checkout in the middle of 0 floor. All the guests were great and friendly. The room comes with shared laundry room which is amazing.

A room with a kitchen would be great for a family traveller

Fresh, new, a lot of amenities and a lot of space to enjoy. The rooftop of amazing - beautiful spaces to be with others or alone. Enjoyed the pool, although the desk around it is minuscule, it is very comfortable. The rooftop has food kiosks that open in the evening, providing more than the standard Italian pasta and pizzas. The room has great air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows and all the personal care products are top notch. Good lighting g and water pressure. We will be back!

Staff are amazing, young people full of positive energy and enthusiasm, very helpful. Location great, not to far from all attraction but perfectly far away from tourists crowds. Hotel parking is available with cost of 10€ per day. Restaurant have great choice of food with very good prices. Rooftop bar and pool is really something you can enjoy all day long

Well… if you coming for work maybe you should think about it as every night there’s party with very loud music on roof bar that’s not stoping till 1 am. If you get room that looks inside good luck with sleeping even when you close the window you can hear music. Otherwise really all is good

Absolutely everything! One of the best chains in Europe that we have ever stayed in. Had we of known about this type of place, I would have booked in all the other cities it’s at. It may be a minor walk to the historical centre, but seriously a 20-25 min walk, was not that bad. Plus, there’s a tram station out there front that will take you close enough to the centre, a massive long lap pool, free laundry facilities with ironing boards and also a fuze table to play with seating and lounge chairs. Where the pool area is, there is entertainment with music and even bars and food stalls up there as well. You still also find more fuze ball tables and a snooker table to use, free of charge if staying here, and also plenty of seating areas everywhere. You’ll never not find a place to sit, that’s for sure. There is even a big food area where you’ll find an abundance type of food to eat, being a variety of cakes and pastries, pizzas, focaccia, coffee, drinks, snack, alcohol, salads and bread, lets just say you’ll never starve. There is also a restaurant if need be. The rooms are also great too, and would definitely never hesitate in staying in these chains again. It had everything you could ask for. Also a great way to meet people as well, hence the name given. Plus, it’s also great for families as well, 100%. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were great but could take a little time to grasp - needing an app for the services wasn't communicated the best at the beginning but I think that was a bit of a language barrier. I loved the modern feeling and break it gave me when needing to rest from a day out in the city.

The rooftop bar gets very busy in the evenings so I tended to stick to the restaurant or cafe for drinks at those times. I wish the cafe opened a little earlier being an early riser. The restaurant was nice but feel it could have more food options

My room was big enough to open my huge suitcase, and it had a nice clothes rack, so it was easy to sort out my things. It was really convenient to be able to do laundry whenever I wanted using the app. The restaurant and café on the ground floor were lovely, and the staff were really friendly.

I’m not sure whether it happens every Friday, but on the Friday evening I was staying there, they seemed to be holding a party at the rooftop bar, and loud music was playing until late at night. That’s why it was a bit difficult to fall asleep, but I managed in the end.

We loved the social areas! The pool, cafe and all the seating areas throughout were so lovely. The cafe and bar were very reasonably priced. Our room was very clean on arrival, water changed daily and we had a fountain just down the lobby to refill our bottles with fresh drinking water. We were a little hesitant before the stay as there were some bad reviews and what looks like loads of fake ones that all sounded too similar. Rest assured the stay was just amazing! I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We had the best time.

Only one downside was the shower flooded the bathroom but the water pressure was really good so we got over it easily.
