It's a huge room (triple room, but we were only 2 people), with an attached private bathroom. It was very comfortable for us, and the AC also worked, which is a plus. It's near the central station and the check-in/check-out process was very easy and didn't require meeting anyone. The room had coffee, tea, and biscuits, the towels were wrapped in a bow, and the bed was nice, comfy, and large.

The bathroom door is barely hanging by a screw or two, and generally the whole bathroom could use a makeover. But it didn't affect us; I just thought it would increase the experience a lot if it were nicer/renovated.

Our room was a good size and comfortable, we liked the availability of a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the hallway. The location is great for the station, and around 15-20 minutes from the centre. They let us store our bags after checkout and the lady who did the cleaning was helpful.

Our room had the bathroom separate (just for our use) which was ok but sometimes a little inconvenient. The bed was a little uncomfortable

Great spacious room with everything you need. Easy self-check-in and friendly staff. Great selection of complimentary coffee and tea. Neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the center / public transportation. Great value for money!

Rooms are next to each other, so you might hear noises when people walk in/out. You have to pay additional City tax of €6 and it can only be a cash payment.

The location was very good. The room was clean and pretty big. I also liked the fact that the cleaning lady brought new water bottles every day. So that was a nice thing.

I wish I could have lifted the exterior window blinds a little bit to let more sun in the room. It wasn't a big problem but just something to take into consideration in the future.

Hotel was providing free bottles of water every day - never seen this before in cheap hotels in Europe. Not far away from city centre - around 10 mins. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. There is a tram stop just in 2 mins walk

A lot of dust under the bed. Staff was cleaning up the room every day even though we were leaving a 'do not disturb' sign.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy, and the staff were very kind. It is very close to the train station. Free water bottles provided each day. Has A/C.

There is no shared space, just a corridor. There was extra tourist tax to pay when we got there which we were not aware of (could be just us being unaware though).

The location is perfect outside the city center in a quiet neighborhood but very close to main train station and just 10-15min to the center. The room had its all essentials, it was clean. Communication with host was easy, on time and reliable. '

Didn’t love how the bathroom was outside of our room and in the common area. It was only for us to use but having to lock all the doors multiple times especially when going pee at night was a little inconvenient

Everything was great! About 15/20 min walk to the down. Room wasn’t huge, but did the job. We were out all day. Very quiet and felt safe.

The bathroom fan came on with the light and it was annoyingly loud.

Nice equipped room, with clean private external bathroom. We appreciated the free water and coffee. Near the central train station and within walking distance of the city center with the main attractions. Grazie!
