Good location, 2 tram stops away from the train station and walking distance to the city center. All facilities are very modern and new, very well maintained. The service is great and communication with the host excellent. The establishment has more apartments, similar to a small hotel. Ours had access to a lovely rooftop terrace, shared with the room next to us. Breakfast, although basic, is a nice touch.

Not a big issue for us, but there are 2 levels and you need to climb a set of stairs if your room is on the upper one. If you have heavy suitcases, it might be an inconvenience for you.

Proximity to rail station, easy to find 15 minute walk. Easy to access, great communication from host Cristiano. Very clean and modern facilities, plenty of room. Easy to walk into the city and navigate back with the nearby notable landmark of Porto al Prato. Breakfast was lovely and ready everyday when requested.

We did need a mosquito plug in the evenings which was provided, and I hadn’t thought to bring one with me so that was a thoughtful addition. I really can’t fault the property in any way.

The location is ideal, close to Florence’s touristic highlights, tram lines, and a supermarket. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and well-presented, catering to all preferences. I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. I loved that Netflix was available in the room for some relaxing evenings, The location is good just a two minute walk to the tram, making it easy to get around. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us cool during the hot weather. Overall, a very pleasant experience

Attico43 is in a quiet location not far from the old part of Florence. Cristiano (the host) was incredibly helpful in facilitating us reaching the property in the most efficient way (the Tram, which was new since the last time I was in Firenze). He is extremely organized, and breakfast is served in a communal but very nice facility. (I happen to like communal so that I can meet other guests.) The bathroom was modern and the building felt secure. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nothing - it was perfect!

This B&B was great value for money. They had parking on site for a fee and we didn't have to drive too far into Florence to get there. The staff were friendly and helpful communicating with us before our arrival and answering any questions we had on arrival. It's self-service but they're available on the phone should you need them. Breakfast was good, the pistachio cream croissant was a highlight. The room was very spacious with shutters to keep the light out.

We didn't realise quite how far out of the centre it was. This was great for parking but not so much for our feet. It's about a 25 min walk to the centre and we walked in and out twice in one day which was pretty tiring. It was located in more of a business area so there wasn't a lot around but they do have snacks and drinks in the room to buy. It was also a little noisy as we could hear people from the other rooms walking about and closing and opening the doors which was quite loud but thankfully this stopped after about 11.30pm.

The room was spacious and clean. The added bonus of having breakfast at the rooms ensures your day gets off to an easy start. The location is close by a tram stop and is easy to get to from the main train station. Our host was great and helped us out before check out by checking our train information as there was a train strike the day we were leaving.

Our stay in Attico43 was one of the best parts of Florence. After a long long day watching sights and beautiful places, the room had the best options, the Italian breakfast was excellent and the communication with Christiano was great! I recommend 100%

I would say nothing serious to think about it. Perhaps the only thing is a little bit far from the center and you have to use the tram for a quicker approach.

Christiano the owner went above and beyond to help us,I messed the booking number and we had an emergency train cancelation with unplanned stay which was totally our mistake, but he kindly helped us in our situation and was very supportive, can't thank him enough. Location is 10 min walk to everywhere, clean and very comfortable, great value for money compared to other hotels.

The proposed breakfast ( included in the price for my case) is by default limited to 2 beverages to choose and 2 food to choose). Meaning per example, if you want to have céréals with Milk, it remains you 1 beverage and 1 food to not have to pay a potential extra.... sounded really "limited" for an included breakfast...
