The room was great with cooking amenities available. It was a great location within walking distance to the railway station and the features of the historic buildings that make Florence such an amazing place to visit. (We love walking, rather than dealing with public transport)

Our bedroom had a weird metal door that was locked, but if opened, it went directly onto the staircase. The door was not soundproof, so we could hear a fair amount of noise from people entering and leaving the building

Great room has everything we needed and extra fridge,, very clean very comfy and the location is very good walking distance to all attractions and away from the crowds,, we will stay here again ..highly recommended

It has no parking so we had to park at the nearest underground parking and unfortunately someone broke into our car broke two windows and stole our bikes and all the stuff was left in the car, we had to stay extra night in Florence to fix the glass. Park somewhere safe and not in this underground parking ( no cameras, completely open to anyone)

The owners Chiara and Domenico are simply marvellous! They responded promptly and gave best solutions to any question I had! The place is very clean, comfy, warm and cozy. It has everything you need from cuttlery, plates, glass wines, mugs, etc. The tram station that takes you to Santa Maria Novella station is just across the street or you walk for 20 minutes. I would definetely love to stay here again!

Fantastic location next to the tram line from the airport into the city. Very comfortable beds. Mini-fridge also in room, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Property has a front gate to enter the apartment complex, then a dedicated door to the property, and then separate rooms that can be booked. The entrance hall within the property has great touches such as local maps and extra refreshments.

Check-in process wasn't as clear as I would have liked, but after phoning the hosts, all was resolved. City tax is payable in cash on departure.

Super friendly staff, room tidied daily, snacks available for free and restocked daily, very large room with balcony, extra pillows and blankets, a number of places to sit within the apartment, air conditioning, easy walk to train station, toiletries provided. We really loved our stay here! Thank you to the hosts Chiara and Domenico - you made our stay very comfortable.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom from the plumbing, soundproofing could be better. But overall these were minor things in what was a great place to stay.

There is a good coffee machine in the entrance hall and If you want to have a coffee it’s not free. The bath is not large enough but it’s ok ✅

The apartment is clean, plenty of space, the bed is comfortable, the shower is ok.

Outside the window there are renovations, a train, rubbish bins, so it is very noisy at night. The TV didn't work ( although I didn't need it)

The rooms are Adorable and practical. Nice space and decor. It is located a short walk away from all of the tourist attractions which was kind of nice to be able to come back to some peace and quiet every night. Great neighborhood and across the street from TRAM.

Really good location in a quiet area . Tram right across the road 2 stops to train station and 3 stops to Unita [ centre ) walking distance to all attractons . Clean , comfortable accomadation . I cannot fault this plac :-)

Spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. Convenient location, within walking distance from all landmarks. Great communication with the hosts. They sent all the information about how to get in and made it very easy and stress-free :)

It was all lovely overall, but it could do with a lick of paint.
