The breakfast was fine, with cereals and lots of pre packaged pastries etc. Although it's close to the railway line you don't really hear any noise in the room we stayed in.

A recommendable place to stay for one or two nights. Walking distance to Florence city center, close to tramline connecting to the airport. Quiet nights due to soundproof windows. Comfortable beds and bathroom. Good value for the price. Super friendly hosts.

Some construction going on in the street but that’s slalomable. Breakfast is prepackaged mostly but tastes fine.

Location in the center of Florence, close to both, railway and bus (Flixbus) stations. Safe and efficient way of self check-in, and check-out 24/7. Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast, and before all - very attentative, helpful and friendly staff. Kind regards to Filippo :-)! We needed a location close to the train station, so we found Le Ghiacciaie. Less than 10 minutes walk to the station. Very nice and modern room. The food for breakfast is in the room, so you can use it any time. There's also a kettle and a small fridge in the room. In the common area, there's an espresso machine and toaster. We walked everywhere from the apartment, no transportation needed.

Very friendly. Very comfy room and very clean. Probably the largest room i've had as a solo traveller, with double bed. Good shower. Location very practical for those arriving by train. I was informed by whatsapp that I could check in earlier than expected. Even though my train journey after check-out wasn't until late evening, I was able to leave my suitcase there during the day and pick-up arrangements were safe and easy.

Because expectations of the food in Florence are high, it's probably worth knowing that the breakfast provided is light and sweet (selection of pastry and coffee/tea in room, plus yoghurt in fridge). It didn't bother me much because I ate so much food in town anyway!

Very clean, lovely shower and great breakfast / drink provisions. The owners are lovely and made us very welcome. Oh and the strawberries were delicious!

It was very close to the train line- but we wanted a location near the station and the trains are quiet over night.

The room facilities were perfect, and it was convenient because it was close to Florence Station. Breakfast was available in a unique way that you can check out at any time. You shouldn't expect the menu, but I think it's as efficient as possible.

The property was quite clean. They provided very good fruits during whole day. The host was very friendly and they provided luggage storage for us on our last day for free.

The breakfast was quite basic. We had to carry luggage to 3rd floor, since there was no lift — but the host helped us to carry them at arrival.

This was perfect for me! It was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was new, the shower was great. The host was so helpful and nice, and covid restrictions were adhered to. it is right beside the train station but I didn’t hear any noise from it, and this was great for me as I was getting the train. It is about a 15 minute walk into the center of Florence, or right beside a tram which will take you.

The only thing I would say about the location is that I felt nervous walking back a bit later (after 10pm) from the center. I am a girl travelling alone- I would have felt fine if I had someone with me. This wouldn’t stop me from staying again, I would just get a taxi back or tram if it was late.
