Fully equipped: microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hotpot, balcony (didn’t get to use due to short stay). Convenient location, cose to tram stop.

Price was higher than we wanted, but we were forced to choose a place to stay last minute due to train schedules, so may have been cheaper if booked more in advance (?)

We loved this property. Bathroom was spacious, room was spacious, had a nice balcony, had fridge in the room, AC worked wonderfully, and location was super close to bus stations. We had a great stay here.

Very well located to the Muritri T1 tram station to get to Novella station. Domenico the owner was very nice and helpful during our stay.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice.

The room was not ready and it needed to be cleaned when we arrived, while the owner knew our arrival time.. The breakfast was very underrated. All pre-packed with conservatives and nothing fresh. Couldn’t expect anything less. We were given 5x5ml shower wash samples for 3 days for a couple. We asked additional ones and shampoo, but we receive nothing. In addition, we requested additional toilet roll paper as we we were given a single half one for 3 days.. Last but not least the owner asked us to pay the tourist tax only cash, while the accommodation costs we paid normally via debit card. He never gave us any receipt for the tourist tax or any serious explanation why he doesn’t accept card.. This doesn’t look right to me while in another place we stayed in Bologna they accepted everything via card.

Excellent location and the facilities work fine.

Too much noise during the night, there were some leaks in the bathroom, and the windows cannot suppress the outside sound.

- Location. (15 min. walk or a few minutes with the tram to the old center) - Fairly clean. Except for the cobwebs on the ceiling

- No breakfast - No soap/shampoo in bathroom - A lot of noise from neighboring rooms (walking, talking etc.) - Dangerous dangling electric heater in the bathroom. - No wifi (no login code)

The bathroom was ok

It was very far away from the centre and we had to take the bus every day to go to there…there was no basics things such as toilet paper and shower gel or shampoo and the most outrageous thing was that for 4 days we pay 44€ for the taxes

The accomodation was well-equipped and clean with wifi connection. The location was good, it is only a few minutes of walk from the tram.

The communication with the owners was a bit difficult. Even though the check-in starts at 14.00, when we arrived at 14.45, they told us that they needed another hour to clean our room. We had to leave the building and wait outside on the street. The owners weren't organized, we had to wait for them and give a call to them because of every detail that should have been solved by the time we needed it. (Such as to give us an entry code to our room while waiting in front of the door, or when we wanted to pay because they weren't answering the door even though they live in the next door and they were inside. When we run out of the toilet paper, we had to buy our own even though we sent them a message - they gave us the toilet paper 2 days later.) After the payment we didn't see them, they only entered our room when we were away. By coincidence there was a noise in the evenings, because they were hosting a family. There is no breakfast.
