Very good spacious rooms and very clean, the owner of the place is very kind and supportive....

According to the train schedule we arrived to the city bit early. Since we were not allowed to check in early, we made a request to grant permission for us to keep the baggages atleast. That was also refused and we were bit disappointed.

Great accommodation. Breakfast was included. It is in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The fact that I had to press the bell many times and no one answer and waited and stood there for more than one hour not knowing why no one answering the door and not having the internet connection to contact the person in charge made me nervous and worried. I had to get wifi connection from a nearby shop to be able to send messages to the person in charge. I was told that she was away and will be back in 15 minutes. In the end, she came and apologize and let me into the room.

It was the best stay of our entire trip. The property was very clean, spacious. Good amenities, breakfast was okay. Nearby to Tram, walkable distance from Firenze SMN. A Laundry place across the property (open till 10:00 pm)

Tie up with a Cafe restaurant, however the experience with cafe staff was not good.

I loved the location. Apartment complex was a short 5 minute walk from Tramvia. I just needed to wait for the Tramvia to take me to the city center. I loved that it was the only transportation I needed to get to the center and back to my hotel.

Sometimes in the morning you can hear a lot of noise if you’re trying to sleep in as other guests are talking in the common area.

Very eco responsible with automatic lights and automatic doors that open through your phone! Felt like a home with all the things you need. Owner was so nice and well organized our breakfast in a nearby cafe during the new year when lots of place were closed.

The staff was kind and not only helped me to the property but also allowed me a courtesy late checkout. The room was fully furnished and the bed was spacious and clean.

The location isn't in the direct center of the city, but it's only a short one euro tram ride away. The walls were a bit thin but it's a small property so it's not much of a problem.

Breakfast could be a bit closer (it's a bar on a corner of the street and a big bigger, but it's typical for Italy).

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Not even 5 minutes walk to tram which takes less than 10 mins to city centre. Our host was very present and left us a nice bottle of wine after she was informed it was our honeymoon 😁

Monica was very friendly and welcoming upon check-in. The kitchen space and breakfast was particularly nice as it was flexible and easily accessible. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean, and checked every day of my stay! Also, you are very close to the T2 tram into the centre of the city!
