The location wasn't quite city centre, but it only took 25 minutes walking to the centre and we used the tram as well, which was frequent and took only a few minutes. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. And the place itself was very clean. Next to the accommodation, there is a very nice pizza place named Primavera which we would recommend wholeheartedly.

We felt disappointed a little bit with the breakfast. The accommodation provided some food items available in the kitchen (e.g., yogurt, fruits, jams, madalena, toast and express coffee capsules) that could be used for breakfast and some vouchers to be used in a cafe nearby (we went to 2 different ones). In the cafe, we could only select a mini sandwich, a hot drink (which could only be coffee/late) and a bottle of water per person, as shown on the picture. I don't drink coffee, so we had to give up the 2 bottles of water and 1 of the hot drinks, so I could have one orange juice in one of the cafes. At the other cafe, for a normal size sandwich or anything else, such as bakery items, we had to pay extra.

Very good spacious rooms and very clean, the owner of the place is very kind and supportive....

According to the train schedule we arrived to the city bit early. Since we were not allowed to check in early, we made a request to grant permission for us to keep the baggages atleast. That was also refused and we were bit disappointed.

It was the best stay of our entire trip. The property was very clean, spacious. Good amenities, breakfast was okay. Nearby to Tram, walkable distance from Firenze SMN. A Laundry place across the property (open till 10:00 pm)

Tie up with a Cafe restaurant, however the experience with cafe staff was not good.

Great accommodation. Breakfast was included. It is in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The fact that I had to press the bell many times and no one answer and waited and stood there for more than one hour not knowing why no one answering the door and not having the internet connection to contact the person in charge made me nervous and worried. I had to get wifi connection from a nearby shop to be able to send messages to the person in charge. I was told that she was away and will be back in 15 minutes. In the end, she came and apologize and let me into the room.

Everything was good! We had enough towels, we had also water to drink! That was great! The bed was clean and comfortable! Location is great. The host was friendly and helpful!

We didn't know this apartment has different sockets. The refrigerator was smelly a little bit.

I loved the location. Apartment complex was a short 5 minute walk from Tramvia. I just needed to wait for the Tramvia to take me to the city center. I loved that it was the only transportation I needed to get to the center and back to my hotel.

Sometimes in the morning you can hear a lot of noise if you’re trying to sleep in as other guests are talking in the common area.

Very eco responsible with automatic lights and automatic doors that open through your phone! Felt like a home with all the things you need. Owner was so nice and well organized our breakfast in a nearby cafe during the new year when lots of place were closed.

Very nice property, clean and large. The owner is very nice too. We also got free breakfast near to the apartment, its coffee, croissant and water. And the best part is super comfortable mattress!

The staff was kind and not only helped me to the property but also allowed me a courtesy late checkout. The room was fully furnished and the bed was spacious and clean.

The location isn't in the direct center of the city, but it's only a short one euro tram ride away. The walls were a bit thin but it's a small property so it's not much of a problem.

Good location and great neighborhood. Comfortable beds, good clean room, and good kitchen and dining area.

Very minor issues like weak air conditioning and mosquitos in the room.
