Very clean, helpful and kind staff, and it was in a good location for me as I had to be in the city center and nort west on different days. The room was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. You can tell the staff do their absolute best to make their guests' stay comfortable. The location and hotel feel very safe. Further, check in is until pretty late in the evening (22:00) and check out is 11:00 - very helpful. The city center is walkable, but its east side is about a 50 minute walk. Thankfully, the taxi service is excellent. The hotel helps with this if asked, although you can also just call them yourself (taxi service speaks perfect English).

The room was very comfortable, there was a mini fridge, super comfortable beds and even better pillows! The air conditioner worked quite well as well. The shutters also helped keep out the light as it gets bright pretty early in the summers. The hotel is a 15-20 minutes walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. We walked everywhere so we didn't use the public transport but we were told that there was a bus stop in the next street. The room was ready by 10:30 AM when we arrived early, we wanted to leave our luggage and go but the room was already ready which was amazing! The staff are super friendly and really helpful if you need any tips. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby which is also great if you want to buy bottled water or any snacks. Even though it's not mentioned, there's a mini breakfast which is available from 8 AM onwards consisting of a coffee and a croissant with a really pleasant hostess to make your morning happy.

It wasn't super evident how to get into the hotel immediately. We pressed a few buttons and had to wait for someone to open the door. But once you're checked in, you have your own key so that's great.

The location of the property and especially how management dealt with an issue I had related to payment. The management team was prompt in responding to a major concern I had related to the payment of the accomodation, and this is sometimes much more important than anything else. Thank you.

Staff was very helpful in checking in and helping us with the transportation and ticket buying app. You can get a free coffee and croissant in the morning. It is easily reachable from the train station with a single bus. There are buses passing very close by that will get you to the city center.

Location wise it is about 30 minute walk from the city center. The fan in the bathroom was a litte loud.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Florence. Staff was SUPER friendly! They have a nice gated private parking. 20 minute walk from city centre. Rooms are a bit small but new and very clean. You get everything you need in the room, mirror, fridge, hair dryer, AC, TV, water is drinkable, shower has good pressure and hot water. Staff accommodated our needs and went above and beyond.

AC was not working fast enough for the 36°C outside, but we can't blame the staff for that! :)

We loved this hotel. The lady who received us was amazing, very very nice, smiley and helpful. It made the experience even better. Our room was clean and the bed and pillow were veeeeery comfy. The bathroom was also perfect and we had everything we needed. They even offered us croissants and coffee every morning and helped us with our doubts on where to go on Florence and when. Calm place. Perfect experience. We highly recommend.

Clean, conformable, warm enough and I was happy to find an extra blanket which was perfect. The room is small but comfortable and for a tourist coming to visit it is very ok. Located at approx. 25 min walk from SMN Station, or bus 17 b; 17c. LIDL store nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good quality/price ratio. I recommend. It is just a suggestion: placing a hanger in the hall and a holder in the bathroom for shampoo, shower gel will help.

- Nice location, Florence city center is reachable by foot (ca. 20 min) or 10 min with bus. - Staff were very friendly - Room was clean and the bed was comfy for us - Price/performance ratio is definitely worth it!

- Bathroom was a bit small but not a big deal for us - There were random noise coming from outside in the early morning but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The isolation of the noise in the room was good enough for us.

The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. She even sent me a message to remind of the check in and is very kind enough throughout the check in process. And she makes a very good coffee. The hotel is reachable by public transport to major sight seeing places. There are plenty of restaurant and even a laundry shop nearby.

So far nothing. All great and like it .
