Nice B&B with modern rooms and a kitchen. The room was quite, nice and clean. We've go a bathroom inside the room. In the kitchen was served breakfast - rich and delicious. There is a frige, coffee machine and everything what you need to cook. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Good contact on WhatsApp with host. She sent a video how to ckeck-in. The location is good, not so far to the Florence cathedral and close to the railway station - Firenze Santa Maria Novella.

The quality of the furniture would be better. In the bathroom there was no bidet. In the shower should be a soap shelf. The garden is very small - for smokers. There is no shops and only one restaurant near the B&B. It is a little far to the bus stop.

My partner and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful, clean and cozy and was definitely up to our standards! We were unable to hear any street noise and this place is so conveniently located. The host Francesca was so kind and amazing! She would write us little notes to mark out where we sat at breakfast, always checking in on us ensuring that we had everything, and always preparing a wonderful spread for breakfast. She gave us such good recommendations as to what to eat and do in Florence and I could not ask for a better host! All in all, she was a very friendly and approachable host, coupled with the beautiful and clean rooms, I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Florence. All things were great, the room was spacious with smart tv, bathroom outside the room but ours only, small but it does the job. Good breakfest, had same things for two days, not sure if it gets diversified if you stay more, but for us was great. A small terrace outside where you can have a glass of wine. Even if there's a bus station nearby, we did walk to city (around 20 min to central area), overall great price compared to other bookings. And the city tax was included in the initial price (other places/citirs did charge extra)

Room is at ground floor and if you open the window for some fresh window, you're stuck with the car noises since the street is few meters away. Not an issue for us, but it's good to know

Francesca was amazing, very friendly and gave us so many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The room and having a private bathroom was great. The room is set up really functional for two people to share - and it was big! The location was also great - I liked that it was a quieter area but close enough to all the places to see in Florence. I would definitely recommend this place, or/and come back again!

Some clarity about garbage (for example where to put banana peels or food scraps during times that aren’t breakfast) would be helpful, to make sure guests not putting items in the wrong places. Also, as a vegetarian, I’d appreciate if the meat and cheese was kept separately for the breakfasts. But those are really small critiques because everything about this place and the host were amazing.

Francesca was super lovely and let us check in early and eager to help. The room was fairly spacious compared to others we had stayed at in Italy. Lots of different pastries for breakfast including some homemade. The location is pretty good, fairly close to the main station but also trams and buses. It's in a more quiet area with not too much around (from what we gathered in our short stay). For longer stays in Florence I think is good to be away from the busy centre.

Like many accommodation in Italy, rooms aren't soundproof but sleep wasn't disrupted by other guests.

The apartment is 15 minutes away from the train station and has good connections to public city transport, which makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the city. The room with a private bathroom outside the room was clean and comfortable. The self-service breakfast was diverse and tasty. The host Francesca is exceptionally kind, caring, always available, and flexible throughout the entire stay. On top of everything, she was always smiling, which made our stay in Florence even more delightful.

We liked everything.

We stayed on room Florentia and it was so lovely and cute and up to standards. Not too much sound from the street outside, private bathroom with big shower, good enough space for luggage (only stayed a few days so we kept most of our clothes in our suitcases on the floor). The kontinental breakfast was perfect with different options like ham/cheese, different sweets, loaf, crossaint, yoghurt, coffiemachine and homemade sweet redorange juice. The location is a 20-25 min walk from the city center, but its easy to find a bus into town and the bussstops are near by (the busses didnt always show ut at the given time, so be a head of time). BUT most of all we loved our host Francesca! She sent us messages before our our stay with information on how to find the hotel, parking options, check in instructions (video/text), places of interest like resturans, museums, bars, supermarkeds (with opening ours). We didnt see her much during our stay, mostly because we are late sleepers (i think she moved the breakfast time to last until 11 because she knew that, so very grateful). She left litle personal notes at breakfast for us and when we finally got to meet her she was just as lovely in person. We were a group of 3 people which shared a triple room. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and the whole B&B was fantastic. We had an excellent breakfast and a small yard with an orange tree where you can take some fresh air. The host was amazing! Very nice, very responsive and sociabil. One of the best stays in Florence. Amazing. Location. Great host. Francesca is the most sweetest host I have never met. She really cares. She makes you feel home. I know that now I have home in Florence. Bed was very comfy the pillows as well. I slept like a baby. In the morning, fantastic breakfast with extra creamy cappuccino. ))) I'm looking forward to coming back.

Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake booking a room with an external bathroom. Next time, I will make sure I get a room with the inside bathroom.
