The location Is very central. It just takes 10-15 min walk to the central station S.Maria Novella. For me it was very handy since I hard to attend conference at palazzo degli affari. The room and the bathroom were very clean!! Complimenti! There is an air conditioner in the room which works pretty well. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. Well, it went very well! Will consider returning here

The only detail that caused me inconvenience was the shower tub, where the shower head (soffione doccia)was fixed and it is usually much comfortable to use a handheld one. But it’s not a big deal. Everything else was perfect. No problem with water temperature.

Super clean, ensuite bathroom looks relatively new, clean and modern, bed was nice and comfy, host provided fruits and water bottles which was nice. I actually moved here from another accom which was terrible, so I’m very grateful for the last minute availability. Awesome stay!

Walls are quite thin, I could hear people next door talking, and someone in the hallway talking quite loudly too. Little bit of a sketchy area, which didn’t bother me too much but might concern some people.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood somewhat 15 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. There is a tram station nearby. The owner sent us door codes to enter, left the keys on the table and the envelope for us to put the tourist tax in. We didn't even meet and we never really needed to. The room itself was one of 6 with a shared bathroom. Rather spacious, bright, smelled good, with a big soft bed to rest sore tourist bodies. There was a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine for general use. Totally recommend

It was a nice stay to spent two days in Florence. We had a room with a common bathroom. The bathroom and the room were clean. We also had a washbasin inside the room, so it was easier. Self check in is good option. There was coffee machine for common use, tea and a cattle.

The staff responded slowly to my messages, as there was no one present at the property.

Pleasant stay. A 15' walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella (central train station) and 30' walk from most of the main tourist attractions. The room was pretty spatious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was just a bit outdated but just fine.

Would appreciate it if there was a breakfast option included in the price.

The property above was extremely noisy at 5 am in the morning which unfortunately disturbed us , also maybe signs on each door to remind people to be considerate about others ( a lot of banging doors all hours )

Convenient location - close to the train station and not far from the train station. The tram has a stop near the property. Very clean, the staff cleans the room every day and makes up the bed. We had tea, coffee and mineral water every day.

The room was a bit smaller than our expectations but it was good enough for two people.

I would say the location in here is very convenient to everywhere. Since it's close to Central station that I can go every tourist spot easier and When I take flight back to Finland that I just need to take T2 for 25 mins then I can got to airport. That's how I like this place!

Good location and clean room. Comfortable stay for 2 persons with private toilet. There are also coffee capsules for morning fix. There is no elevator, for small luggages it's still fine, otherwise you need to be really strong to carry the luggages through stairs. Overall, we had a great stay.

Coffee is always available. Room is spacious.

Can a get a bit noisy with other guests coming in through the night. Bathroom could use an ungrade, shower was small and difficult to turn around in.
