Although we had very modest breakfast and the bathroom was not attached. But everything was clean and nicely arranged. As I didn't had data in my mobile, I had to borrow from nearby store in order to send WhatsApp massage to get the door opened. Location giving close access to T1 blue line Leopoldo stop made using public transport very easy & quick. Apart from having to carry bags to 2nd floor, the facility was charming & well managed. Prompt replies to questions thru WhatsApp & clear instructions to use the remote access made initial entry straightforward. Generous breakfast spread, nearby supermarket & restaurants are other advantages of the venue. Pleasant, helpful staff. Certainly recommend & would book again.

Small and nice B&B very close to the old city of Florence. The tram station is 2 min away and you can reach all the tourist spots in less than 20 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was no sign of mold in the room or bathroom, and no particular smell as other comments suggested. We were quite anxious about that but it was OK. The AC was working and that was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems at all.

The sink in the room had a crack and the shower is a bit old and would be nice if they changed it. However it was clean and that is what matters the most.

I was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews but honestly there was nothing wrong with this place. Yes it’s not the Ritz and the room we stayed was basic but it was clean,quiet with a comfortable bed. We didn’t have any issues with the staff or mosquitoes. The breakfast again was basic but the location was brilliant and I think it was very good value for money in such a good location including breakfast. I’d stay again.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be perfect and I think the room would be a bit smarter if they changed the laminate flooring which is looking a bit shabby but happy with the stay.

The location is good near the train station.The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a wide range of selection

Well can't say didn't like as every hotels have their own check in policy. I felt as though i had a huge weight on my shoulder to check in on time before getting charged 10 euros an hour. I hope this hotel has a better check in policy in future, as it did create a bit of stress, apart from that was ok

Very clean and the staff were great. We had an external private bathroom which was right outside our door in the hallway and had no problems with it. Location is extremely convenient, being only a couple minutes walk away from the tram.

For some reason there were a few mosquitoes in our room every night, even though the window was closed. No elevator made it challenging to get our luggage up the stairs.

I would have liked to know before hand that toilet was external. Also as a suggestion to improve: would be better to specify better that there is an extra charge for late check in. I know its written, but you need to really read carefully everything and I believe, in my opinion, it should be specified on the main page.

Very nice and spacious room. The bathroom was very big as well. Everything was spotlessly clean. Communication was good with staff as well via WhatsApp. 10 minutes from Firenze Santa Maria by tram and 1 minute walk. Would recommend. I was on my own. But very suitable for couples.

Breakfast was from 8am. and I needed to be leave earlier than thank. No staff about except first thing in morning.

As a solo female traveller I felt very welcomed and safe. The building is very secure and staff have excellent communication. The tram ride from Santa Maria Novella was literally door to door and only 10 mins. The area of accommodation has an excellent supermarket, cafe and restaurant just around the corner. Yes there are 2 flights of stairs to walk up, but you’re in Florence..

The late-check-in fee should be lower or in an even better scenario, there should be a possibility to check in later in the evening. However, it was just a tiny blemish.
