Small and nice B&B very close to the old city of Florence. The tram station is 2 min away and you can reach all the tourist spots in less than 20 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was no sign of mold in the room or bathroom, and no particular smell as other comments suggested. We were quite anxious about that but it was OK. The AC was working and that was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems at all.

The sink in the room had a crack and the shower is a bit old and would be nice if they changed it. However it was clean and that is what matters the most.

Location giving close access to T1 blue line Leopoldo stop made using public transport very easy & quick. Apart from having to carry bags to 2nd floor, the facility was charming & well managed. Prompt replies to questions thru WhatsApp & clear instructions to use the remote access made initial entry straightforward. Generous breakfast spread, nearby supermarket & restaurants are other advantages of the venue. Pleasant, helpful staff. Certainly recommend & would book again.

Room door key was difficult to engage in the lock.

I was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews but honestly there was nothing wrong with this place. Yes it’s not the Ritz and the room we stayed was basic but it was clean,quiet with a comfortable bed. We didn’t have any issues with the staff or mosquitoes. The breakfast again was basic but the location was brilliant and I think it was very good value for money in such a good location including breakfast. I’d stay again.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be perfect and I think the room would be a bit smarter if they changed the laminate flooring which is looking a bit shabby but happy with the stay.

Very nice and spacious room. The bathroom was very big as well. Everything was spotlessly clean. Communication was good with staff as well via WhatsApp. 10 minutes from Firenze Santa Maria by tram and 1 minute walk. Would recommend. I was on my own. But very suitable for couples.

Breakfast was from 8am. and I needed to be leave earlier than thank. No staff about except first thing in morning.

As a solo female traveller I felt very welcomed and safe. The building is very secure and staff have excellent communication. The tram ride from Santa Maria Novella was literally door to door and only 10 mins. The area of accommodation has an excellent supermarket, cafe and restaurant just around the corner. Yes there are 2 flights of stairs to walk up, but you’re in Florence..

Fantastic location just steps (one minute walk or so) from Tram Line 1 Leopoldo stop. Host was helpful, responsive and professional. The breakfast offerings seemed better than what I've read other people mention in reviews at other establishments. I believe breakfast is offered from 8 or 8:30 to 10am. The bed was very comfortable! I would absolutely return to stay here

Very old fashioned room keys are a little difficult to operate quickly. In nice weather I'd like to have kept the windows open, but the screen had some damage which would let insects fly in - overall these are very minor concerns at an establishment offering great value

We had an amazing experience during our stay at the hotel. It is about 25 minutes away from Duomo, in a quite place, away from the noisy streets of the crowded center. The room was clean, quite, with typical italian furniture. The host lady was very polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was abundant with salty and sweet foods, everything was delicous and of high quality. The host let us keep in the hotel the lugage even after the checkout. We had the chance to enjoy Firenze all day long and could take our stuff in the afternoon. Highly recomended place 🙂

Comfortable bed. The private bathroom was big. Air-conditioned room. Close to tram. Good breakfast, and thank you for preparing me a coffee in the morning.

Please note that there is no elevator. I did not need it, but I helped a couple of people with many luggage. You need a 15-minute walk to the centre. If tired, use a tram.

The communication and assistance from the staff was amazing. Breakfast was decent and location was amasing. Parking little trouble but the staff assisted us to solve it!

Climbing 2 stories up with luggage was not fun. The bedding can be upgraded to duvets and not jsut blankets - bit old school for a nice place

The location was alright, in a calm street accessible by tram, close to the city centre. The room and the bathroom were clean.

There could have been a coffee machine or tea accessible to guests. The private bathroom was outside of the room, but it was pretty big and had everything we needed.
