Very well renovated, stylish, clean, comfortable beds. Everything worked as promised. Places to get breakfast nearby and healthy food stands at 100-200 meters. Getting to SMN in 5-10 minutes by trolley. Parking instructions easy to get and implement. We got what we were looking for. I’d really recommend this place.

Room for improvement: - Sturdy security keys for apartments should be replaced by a card/electronic system for opening the doors. Hard to carry around when sightseeing. - An apartment security box will help guests. Even if available at the central office, it gives more flexibility if installed in the rooms. - 1 or 2 plug adapters in the rooms will help for those carrying tablets and smartphones. We brought ours, other guests may forget to bring.

There was limited hot water. Two people cannot shower one after another

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us for an overnight stay near the heart of Florence with secure parking and clean facilities! We arrived late but with the easy to follow check in instructions given on WhatsApp there were no problems. Having a gated parking space for our minivan gave us a peace of mind. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen was clean. We didn't use the kitchen and washing machine but it would have been a benefit for a longer stay. Great location to easily walk to the Leopoldo tram stop to get to/from downtown Florence. It was convenient we could pick up a quick coffee and Italian pastries at the corner cafe of the tram stop in the morning and get a treat on the way back. When we checked out in the morning, we were able to leave our car in the secure parking till midday before we continued with our road trip.

We were a family of four so when it came to the last adult taking a shower, the hot water had run out.

Excellent location near the town centre with a choice of walking 30 mins into the central area, or jumping on the tram just around the corner. A few nice places to eat within a few minutes' walk too. Apartment was large, clean and in a quiet location. Comfy bed, free washing machine and kitchen facilities.

If you are a light sleeper, turn the Aircon off. Wasn't an issue for us (sporadic background rattling) but if you really need complete silence to sleep this will be an issue. Shower is also awkwardly laid out but not too bad.

Residence Leopoldo is a 2 minute walk to the local tram stop that takes a short journey into central Florence, right in front of the main train station. There are cafes & restaurants near the apartment, and a large supermarket as well. Our accommodation was a 2 bedroom studio style apartment with 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen, small dining and lounge areas, and a balcony. Though small, these areas were more than adequate for 5 adults, with one sleeping on the fold out sofa. We appreciated the washing machine and balcony areas to wash & dry clothes. The apartment was airconditioned, well equipped, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with locating the premises, checking in, and advising us about public transport and nearby facilities. We highly recommend Residence Leopoldo.

We stayed here for 2 nights. In total, we were 4 adults and 2 children. The reception was exceptionally good and friendly. The ladies immediately offered us espresso and homemade gelato to the children. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment is quiet. The location of the accommodation is perfectly accessible by tram 1. Within a few minutes, you're in the heart of Florence! The Coop supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Also there are enough restaurants and coffee shops in the erea. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Actually nothing really. A minor thing was: there are no bowls in the kitchen 😅

This has got to be one of the best holiday homes in Florence. We had the family apartment, it looks exactly like in the photos. Impeccably clean and well equipped. The two bathrooms, full kitchen and washing machine is excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great communication in advance over WhatsApp. Super quick and easy to get to and from the city center using the tram.

A minor note: Slippers were provided, but no bathrobes. This would’ve been nice.

uncomplicated self check-in, super helpful staff, we were able to leave our car the whole day there after checking out so we can take the tram to see Florence city ( note that car is not aloowed in the old city!!), all in all good choice for a night stay/passign through, you find all things needed in the apartment, practical

There is no actual separation between bedroom and living room, so less privacy if you are traveling as a couple + family, there is not many restaurants nearby, and the whole building feels like a "dorm" ( it is ok and serves its purpose, just do not expect it is super super nice)

Very spacious and comfortable property with light happy colours and furnishings. Ideal for a family with young children as the living space is very nice. There was also a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The apartment is in a residential area and building that is very quiet and seems very safe. There were little perks like free coffee and toiletries. The tram is a minute away and takes you to the center. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

I found the floral perfume chosen for the suites to be very strong. I would suggest they choose milder smells. The bathtub was small and and the couch that opened into a bed could have been more comfortable.

The residence is conveniently located a short 3 mins walk away from the Leopoldo square tram station (5 stops away from Florence’s main train station) and it’s very easy to locate on Google Maps. Gina was extremely helpful with arranging for a late check-in. Do let her know if you are arriving late and she will be happy to help. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Has a washing machine too and a drying rack which came in handy for us. Also has a kitchenette if you choose to make simple meals at home while you are there. Very satisfied with the room and its cleanliness. There is also a nice breakfast place around the square which seems to be popular with the locals. Good pastries here.
