The room, in fact the whole flat/B&b, is bright, clean and well finished with plenty of storage space available. The bed is massive and I found it extremely comfy. Despite being a distance from the center there is an excellent tram service that stops no more than 100m from the B&B. Trams run every 5 mins and costs around 1.7 euro per journey. There's alsp a small convenience store over the road. The host is friendly, welcoming and very helpful and responds quickly to any questions you might have. I would happily stay there again.

Lorenzo our host was so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my wife broke her shoulder in Florence, and we had to go home early. Lorenzo helped a great deal. The rooms are very nice, and the beds super comfortable. The location is close to trams and only 10 minutes into the main tourist areas

Our bathroom was next to our room. It was large and very nice, and we had exclusive use of this bathroom (i.e. it was not a shared bathroom), so this was fine.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The B&B is in a quiet, nice area fairly close to the city centre - 30 mins walk. Lorenzo is a very nice host; it was easy to communicate with him, and problems that suddenly emerged with hot water were solved promptly. An additional bonus were the comic books in the shared space - really good works in good Italian editions. Good pastry shops nearby for breakfast - our favourite was Pasticceria Statuto, convenience stores and a large Coop also close by.

The toilet and bathroom for our room was outside the room itself, accessible through the shared space. This was a bit inconvenient but the bathroom was only used by us and we didn't run into other guests when using it either

The room looked exactly like the photos. Lots of room and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was super cozy. The bathroom is very spacious and cute! Walking distance to the train station. 15 minute train ride to the main station. There is not a lot of restaurants near by but that is okay! Lorenzo was amazing and very helpful! I would stay again but with ear plugs next time.

The AC did not work for us but we went in May so could be too early for that. The walls ARE NOT sound proof. We unfortunately had loud guests that stayed while we stayed and were very loud at night. Sounded like they were in our room. We opened the window to let some cool air in but the streets are so loud with vehicles we had to shut it. I’m not sure if breakfast was included but we figured because it is advertised as a bed and breakfast, we did not receive breakfast. Just bed.

Lorenzo was really nice and helped us check out earlier. Gave us a map and information about the city. The place is 25 min by foot from the train station. The place was really clean with extra pillows and blankets in the closet. There is a mini fridge in the room and a kettle for tea or infusion which was nice. The room and bathroom are spacious so even as two friends we didn't walk over one another.

Bathroom was in another room but we didn't encouter the other couple so it was okay and still our own private bathroom. We could hear the other couple in the next room over really well. Thanksfully they went to sleep before midnight.

Lorenzo was a kind and friendly host. Recommended zquite some places to visit and transportation options. The appartment is spacious, includes air-conditioning, mini fridge and tea kettle. The place is near a tram station and it takes around 20mins by foot to get to the city center or quicker when taking the tram. I can recommend as it is great value for the money

Lorenzo was attentive and sweet. He showed us everything that we would need for our six day stay and was super responsive over text. He helped us store our bags for a little while after we checked out, which was extremely helpful. The room was well-lit and very clean, and fit two people comfortably. It is really close to the team, maybe a three or four minute walk, so that was really useful to go into the main centre or station everyday. As an international traveller, the wifi was helpful also. I appreciated the cupboard space. It was really useful having a fridge, too.

On one occasion there was an issue, but Lorenzo was super responsive and sorted it out quickly, so it actually wasn’t a problem in the end. I am very grateful to him.

I liked everything, but more importantly I found Mr. Lorenzo to be a very thoughtful, kind, polite, flexible and helpful owner. The room is very spacious and beautifully designed, with TV, air conditioning, heating unit and the possibility to completely darken the room for a good night' sleep. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and I need to say I am a prententious, light sleeper (I do at times suffer from insomnia). I noticed the shower cabin was designed properly, such that water remains sealed inside the cabin. Maybe for some it is unimportant, but for me it is such a big deal that I don't need to dry/clean floors using toilet paper or towels every time I take a shower. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area, not far from the city center (there's a tram station 4 minutes away) in a superb building. There's a superb Café nearby (Bar Pasticceria Caldana), with delicious coffee, sandwhiches and pastry, which I fully recommend as a good place to start your morning.

Everything was great and definitely exceeded our expectations. The room and the bathroom were clean, the air conditioner worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. You can go to the centre of Firenze by tram in 15 minutes. Lorenzo was a very friendly and helpful landlord. He gave us a map and pointed out places worth visiting in Firenze. Greetings!

Lorenzo was very friendly and provided us with great recommendations of local restaurants! The room was nice and clean.

Our “private” bathroom was down the hall from our room (past the other guests’ room), which was very incovenient for us. I would also point out that, although this place is referred to as a “B&B,” breakfast is not included.
