I booked the economy room last minute. The hotel is very well located in the corner of Via Nazionale and Via Faenza. It is just 6 minutes from Santa Maria Novella the main Rsilway ststion thst connects to all cities airports and so on. It is just around the corner of the Old Market, the leather street, and a 10 minutes walk or less to the dome. The room was clean, airconditioned, will a minibar, big tv, different lights etc, it just should have been a little bigger as the dpace around the bed was a little narrow. The bathroom was fully equiped and you could find all the toiletries. The staff wss very helpful, I also got late check out approved wirh no extra fees. Breakfast wss included and I may say it is the best breakfast I have had in a Florence this last year. I highly reccomend. Enjoy!

A well made bed, great lighting in the room, great breakfast for an excellent value (loved the super wide chairs in the restaurant), all the electronic controls in the room. Cloth napkins for the breakfast. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. A short accessible (important when hauling a suitcase) walk to the train station and the tram to the airport

Room a bit tight in space. Lobby could use some air freshener as well as the hallways. don't have tons of laundry bags sitting in the hallways for hours. Address the exhaust fumes from the kitchen that make it to the first floor elevator landing (bacon smell in the morning)

From the initial booking the staff comunicated with me regarding my stay. We were welcomed warmly by Geovanni. Taxi ride from airport to hotel was $28. Great location near many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Geovanni recommended a great place for dinner plus other helpfull info along with Nick and Dina. The Duomo is only a short walk away. And 5 min. walk to the train station. The rooms are small but big enough and stylish. The bed was firm but very comfy. Bathrooms are big. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was good with enough options. I highly recommend this hotel for location, comfort, and friendly staff.

This hotel was in the perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station and tram stop. Also 15-20 from the other side of the city. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. From arrival to departure, they ensured we were comfortable and helped with anything we needed. They allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage (and be able to utilize the bathroom) at the property until our late departure. Breakfast was also great. I can’t express enough how perfect our trip and stay was due to this hotel!

Great location, walking distance from most of Florence's main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave advice on where to visit, helped with arrangements for taxi and other transport. They offer you a brolly if its a wet day. One day we had an early start for a day trip but they told us we could have our breakfast before the designated start time. There was a lovely friendly vibe in the hotel. The rooms are modern with excellent sound proofing and a nice bathroom.

There could have been slightly more storage space for cloths. Breakfast area can be a bit cramped at the busiest times. But these wouldn't be reasons not to stay here.

Perfect location, 5 mins from the train station and in the centre within stone-throw distance to many shops, restaurants and the attractions. It was great for when we needed a little break during the day. The room was modern, cleaned daily and ours faced to a back street, so very quiet! Bathroom was great too, modern and with great water pressure. Really enjoyed our stay. It was great value for money too.

We had some miscommunication with the payment timings: the price of the first night was blocked 10 days prior to arrival, which we weren't aware would happen. But it was promptly clarified through Booking.com customer service!

1. The location is excellent, very close to railway station and the tourist attractions. 2. Clean, specious, comfortable room. 3. The beds were comfortable. 4. Good supply of toiletries and coffee. 5. The room had an electric kettle. 6. Good breakfast. 7. The staff are really very helpful. They happily agreed to keep our bags before check-in and even after check-out, booked taxi for us. We loved the stay in The Market Urban hotel. Would love to come back again.

Great location super close to the main train station & a very easy walk from the train station to airport. Super close to historic areas - everything was within walking distance. So much fun to just strolll around and explore. Staff was fantastic, rooms very clean, and the included breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a little tight even for European standards- the only negative thing was it was difficult to find spot to place our large suitcases other than that it was fantastic

- Location is exceptionally good. Staying near the train station allow you to easily make day trips to various places in Toscana. - Giovanni from the front desk has great recommendations for restaurants nearby

The temperature control of the rooms is handled by a computerized system, not always in sync with guests needs. Very little control is left to the guests using the thermostats in the room.
