Premium location!!! Best in Florence for sure. Very beautiful room. We had a bit problems with the air fan in the shower that didn't work and the light at the bathroom mirror didn't work as well but at the bottom line recommended.

You better give a bottles of water to your guests it's very basic. Two of our morning was very hard because they had very very loud construction works that shaked all the room and wakes our up at 8:00 and it seems you don't even care. The building is not an hotel and the entrance at the rooms floor doesn't that welcoming.

Comfortable apartments for reasonable price. The guest house is located 5 min walking from the train staition and 5-10 min from the historical center of the city. The room is spacious and equipped with all necessary. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is large and it has nice shower. The staff is very kind and helpful. We stayed in Dafne Guest House for the second time and certainly consider it for next visits to Florence.

The only uncomfortable thing may be night-time noise from the outside, but it was not very disturbing.

Good location, just near by the train station of Florence S.M.V. A supermarket Conad is near by, less than 200m, which is convinent to but all things you need. The suit is big, containing a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom.

Very close to the street, it was always noisy ourside at night for motorcycles running. A rabbish collection piont is under the window, which is also noisy at early morning around 5-6 am. The bed is somewhat too soft.

Great location near the train station, but not too close. Updated bathroom, very nice. The managers name is Nadia and she did a terrific job. Made us feel special, but I'm sure that she gives personal attention to all of her customers--superb personal work ethic.

Air conditioning only turns on when the room key is set in holder. Probably not usually an issue, but it took a while for the room to cool down during the heat of summer 2023.

Lovely place in a central location. I like the fact that it is only a few steps away from the Central train station and other attractions. The facilities are excellent and the staff are nice and friendly.

Exceptional host who stayed late to check us in when we experienced unexpected delays! Lovely helpful host, great location (5 min walk from train, 10-15 min walk to nearby sights such as Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Accademia Gallery/ David, etc), super nice clean large comfortable room (4 of us), gorgeous new bathroom. Highly recommend!

It was very spacious and was a n apartment with a small kitchen and living area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

It was sparse and basic.

The location was great! It was down the street from the train station and close to caffès, shops, the market and Santa Maria Novella church. Very central to many things.

It could have had a few more kitchenette features (wine opener, small plates).

one room, room no 5, had a stinky sewer smell. mngt tried to fix it but it was only on the last night that we identified the cause… smell came from aircon.

Perfect location. Rooms were plenty spacious for what we needed. Check in process was easy and the host was very kind in welcoming us.

Couldn't really think of anything to improve, to be honest.
