The air conditioned room was gorgeous. Traditionally furnished with everything we needed. It was super cute with very much needed air con which worked seamlessly. Our room - 310 - was on the top floor and you couldn't hear a peep from outside or from any other room. Bliss! The breakfast was fantastic with great quality food and the staff were welcoming and lovely. The location is exceptional. Everything is walkable and the area has some wonderful restaurants. We highly recommended Ciro and Sons for a fantastic meal. We are definitely returning to Florence and won't book any other hotel.

Conveniently located near train station with lots of restaurants within the street itself. Hotel offers free refreshments for guest, (and of course, umbrella) Accommodating and friendly reception, polite and attentive housekeepers. Toiletries are well provided (including slippers and good dental kits). Room is clean (even the towel rail! 👏). Fast check in and out.

Although we are EU residents, we were still asked to present our passports upon check in. During the first night the room was very cold even if the temperature setting is at 25. A construction was also on going, thus noise is unavoidable. The toilet drainage gets a little bit smelly.

The location is amazing. It's so close to the train station and all the sights. The staff was so kind and friendly.The breakfast was very good with lots of variety, and the hostess went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I asked for an iron and was given one promptly. Great air conditioning and comfortable room. We travel internationally about 80% of the year. The atmosphere in this hotel is so different from most places we stay. The staff actually seemed quite happy and all were very kind.

This is a consistent issue in most places we stay. I wish they would have more hangers in the closet.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful, the painting on the ceiling was very cute and perfect with lots of angels. Everything was completely clean. The air con was working perfectly when I arrived and during all my stay, and the breakfast was a great surprise! There were great options savoury and sweet, everything was very fresh and well organized. The breakfast room is rustic (I love that kind of atmosphere) and beautiful, so it was an amazing experience! I was in Italy for 20 days and I was really surprised by all the details and quality of this hotel. Great location in a quiet area. After checking out I could leave my suit case in a locked room so I could enjoy a few more hours in the city. Thank you :)

The hotel is very close to the train station SMN 5 min walk from it that makes it easy to visit other cities.we visited pisa and bologna.it is also close to city center ,duomo, mercato centrale and almost to everything in 30 minutes on foot.we walked everywhere.Via Faenza is a lively and safe street with many shops ,trattorias cafes and we enjoyed walking down this street. the staff is very polite from the lady in reception to the ladies in breakfast room.we had a wonderful spacious room with comfortable beds and modern bath.it was very clean and quiet.the breakfast is excellent with fresh and delicious food .we really enjoyed our stay and we will choose it again next time we visit Florence !!

We fancied everything starting from the entrance hall ended to service, First of all the location is superb you can find anything near you, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and groceries. The staff was very warm and welcoming they have helped us in everything we asked for, kept our luggage, gave us needed facilties and they were available 24/7 even on the christmas eve. The room was fabulous, everything was sparkling clean and fantastic, in the room we could find everything we needed for one night stay, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and in the room we had the access to netflix and disney+. Thanks to this hotel our stay at florence was fierce, hundred percent valuable for money and I am definitely coming back there.

The location was superb, and facilities although old, it was clean and very good.

I had reserved a double room. Our son sleeps with us and do not prefer to sleep in another bad. Anyway the room had already an additional bed. I reserved this room and I was reauested to pay for my son additionally 30 euros. I mean why? Because of the breakfast? I could pay the breakfast separately for him, and the breakfast is not more than 15 euros. This was nonsense and I do not like to be charged additionally for the same room because I have a small son. It is nonsens and expensive.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. You can leave your luggage in a waiting room and explore the city. Breakfast was good, not many selections but the ones they offer are really tasty. The location is very good, approximately 10 min on foot from the Duomo, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The room was a bit small and the furnishings it had were very minimal and outdated. The wardrobe we didn't use because it was unbalanced and creaking, the nightstands were small and there was no fridge. We had to put our stuff all over the floor because there wasn't any space to put them.

Very spacious room for four people. Toilet and bath is equipped with jacuzzi, which was perfect to keep our tired bodies to get soaked in a warm bath after all days of walking. The room is always tidied and cleaned everyday. Breakfast for Eur8 buffet style is sumptuous! The homemade croissants and desserts are perfect! Staff is very helpful in attneding our needs from umbrella, taxi and laundry. Hotel is very near the central station in Santa Maria Novella.

This hotel is conveniently located just beside the main train station in Florence. Even so, the street on which the hotel is based feels very safe and comfortable to walk around. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated in a Tuscan style and had great air conditioning. The room was one of the quietest I have ever stayed in in a city centre due to the double windows which blocked out every noise despite the busy street below. The shutters also allowed for the choice to have the room nice and dark. The breakfast had a very nice selection of items including fruit, pastries, and meats. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early upon arrival, and helping us by storing our bags and ordering us a taxi when it was time to leave. We would be more than happy to return in the future.

The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated slightly, but not enough to be unpleasant.
