Great! Quiet. Renovated. Amazing location! Great host and very clean. Great communication and easy to find. Also loved having a washroom inside the room. Would stay here again if I come back to Florence. Highly recommend despite the negative reviews (most of them being from the last year). Also, you do have to rent a towel for 3 euros but not a big deal since I’ve done it for other hostels as well.

Wish during the day, if there was male staff coming into the room to check on something, they let us know.

Incredibly comfortable beds and only four people per room. Everything super modern and clean. Half the price you’d pay at the adjacent Ostello Bello, but it’s way more quiet and you can still use their bar if you want to.

Was fine for one night, but for longer stays I’d miss a kitchen and a laundry machine. Also the lockers are very loud so everyone wakes up if someone’s wants to get their stuff.

Great location. The staff was very flexible and helpful. They kindly changed my stay at the last minute because I had mixed up my booking. The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning was running all day, and the facilities were modern, clean, and spacious. The view from my room was amazing. I highly recommend this hostel.

No kitchen

Location is EXCELLENT! On a street with tons of restaurants, character and twinkling lights in the evening. Beds were comfortable, everything is super new, modern and clean. Highly recommend for a friends trip. Cool hostel bar/coffee spot right next door where you can buy drinks and coffee and hang out.

Was an amazing stay. Same in the pictures. The place is so new and so clean. Location is fabulous. The air conditioner was on all the time and made the life way easier in 38 degrees. Definitely recommend

There is no kitchen or communal area. But you’re in italy go and explore the great restaurants!!!!

It was a very great stay! Very clean,spacious rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. My room had a nice view of the sunrise, the hotel is located directly in the heart of Florence and is a very short walking distance from all of the attractions! On the first floor there is a restaurant/bar/hostel called Ostello bello that I hung out at every night, met amazing people, sang karaoke, and had a great time, but got the better price of staying at hotel Paola ;) I highly recommend!

The only problem is there is no locker or place to store your valuables, but for me it was not a problem, it is a very safe, respectful environment

The location is fantastic. Very central but completely quiet. The en suite bathroom is also a bonus point. It is very clean and the staff couldn’t be lovelier!

There are no plugs in the room. By the bed only a USB plug and one plug in the bathroom. Also the “locker” for your things cannot get locked.

Great location, right in the center, close to the main train station, so it is very convenient to travel to Rome, Pisa etc and close to the tramway so it is easy ti get to the airport.

I love it the ubication! was perfect go to all the places must go in firenzi! The receptionist was really nice, I could leave my bag for a few hours after I did the check out! The room was ok, with air-conditioning and nice view of firenzi.

No locker at the room. the bedrooms could be better a equipped. and will be nice a water station, even with the warm days in firenzi!

It was located near the train station so getting around was very easy and convenient. I felt very safe walking around and there were dining options only a few meters away. The guy who checked me in was very friendly.

I would say that given the facilities and everything it was a little overpriced. I did book it last minute though so I can't complain too much. I ended up staying at a different hostel the next night for around 10 euros less.
