Our stay at **B&B Arco Antico** in Florence was absolutely perfect! We stayed for just one night, but everything exceeded our expectations. The room was **spotlessly clean**, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The owners were **exceptionally kind and helpful**, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality made our short stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, allowing us to explore the city easily. We would **highly recommend** this place to anyone visiting Florence and will definitely stay here again on our next trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was a bit of a ghost hotel... instead of a reception, you are given a key code to enter, and your key is in the room. I only saw someone on my last day at breakfast, but it was very clean. There was lots of useful info available, and the location is close to the station, plus a 3-minute walk down the road and there are lots of quaint cafes and bistro. Before suddenly, you are standing in front of the cathedral. Overall, it was a lovely little place to stay.

Super comfortable room and bathroom/shower, really excellent location and helpful staff. I'd advise any solo traveller - especially women - to book. I felt really safe here and the location means that even after a night out, you never have to go that far to get back. For younger people, there's a hostel bar 2 minutes down the road where you can meet lots of people! The street is also lined with osterie and bars where you can get a nice aperitivo after a day of exploring :)

Rooms were basic but exactly what we needed it for. A good price for central Florence. Close to a well-priced parking garage too which made it convenient even for those with a car Matteo was communicative over WhatsApp but didn’t not meet him until we were walking out the building at check out. This did not cause any issues though. Breakfast was non-existent and it shouldn’t be considered a bonus/benefit. Very hot so the Aircon was definitely needed (which it had) Tiny European shower but did the trick.

Absolutely not accessibility friendly. Shutters were nice and dark. Old and Uncomfortable bed though. Breakfast was essentially non-existent. All we got was cereal.

The B & B has a very good location, walking distance to the train station and to all major attractions. Saturday night got a little noisy on the street but I guess this comes with the location. The place was clean, comfortable, and Matteo communicated really well. The room had plenty of natural light, and windows that open with mosquito net. Breakfast was good, coffee and snacks were available all day. We felt welcome!

B&B is located on the 3rd floor of a building which is 5 min to the central station and close to most tourist sites. There are plenty restaurants nearby. Matteo is very helpful and allowed us to leave the bags there as we got there early. There is a machine in the breakfast room which you can access 24x7 to make coffee, tea and hot chocolate, breakfast has cereal, fresh croissant and fruit. Room is compact size but clean and the room is serviced daily.

We stayed in a double room facing the street in Room 4, it was a bit noisy during the nights as the building's sound proof is not the best. The bathroom is clean, but the water pressure is not big, it may just need to open the valve a bit more.

Great location,convenient for transport(train and bus station within a short walking distance),close to the city centre,very friendly host!Small but cosy and clean room!

The room overlooked the street so tourists getting bsck home were too loud at times but it has not much to do with the accommodation itself!

Simple breakfast and tasty coffee was great. Super location in the centre of Florence was perfect for a quick trip Aircon in the room was great

The plug types are type L . Typical in older places apparently so our European adapter didn't work here . Just a warning !

Clean, good sized room. Close to train terminal and bus interchange. ( location where bus tours depart from) Lots of food outlets nearby. Laundromat within easy walking distance. Walking distance to all main attractions. Lots of leather shops and markets in close proximity. Map of city provided on checkin.

The lift is very very small with steps to negotiate to get you and luggage in and out ( lift gymnastics required).

Clean cozy location right around the corner from the train station.. Nice, clean room with good AC. Lovely breakfast.. Breakfast opened around seven, but you were free to set your own time.. It was very easy to get to major sites in the city from this location. The owner was very kind and attentive.

This was one of my favorite rentals but I would like to mention that this is a third floor B&B. The unique positioning of the elevator would not permit handicap accessibility. I had a 22 inch suitcase and a backpack and could not fit into the elevator unless I removed my backpack and positioned myself just so. If you have a large suitcase it would be very difficult. The elevator cannot be sent without a passenger controlling it from inside the elevator and the doors must be fully closed before it will move. You can't send up luggage by itself. There are many fairly steep steps
