Very quiet at night. Bed very comfotable. Great nights sleep. Spacious room well kitted out. Superb internet. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Good check in instructions. Good bathroom. Great family restaurant directly across the street. Loads of restaraunts and cafes near by. The traib station is 5 minutes walk. Everything you want really!

We were uncertain how to open the door onto the patio. There was a small blue light beside switches near the patio door which we did not know what this was for. Perhaps some explanation would help guests?

The location was excellent, with just a 10-15 minute walk to Santa Maria del Fiore and a 5-minute walk to bike rentals, a laundry service, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The staff was friendly. The instructions for checking-in and out were clear and well-organized. The rooms were very clean.

The only downside in our case was the size of the room - it felt a little crammed - and that we had only had a single roll of toilet paper provided per day. The toilet paper was only challenging because we were a couple, and used it for other purposes, such as cleaning make up and similar. So, we quickly ran out. This would be our only point for improvement. :)

Great location very convenient close to trains and public transport. The host is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Bathroom is great with strong hot shower. The room is very nice and clean.

New bath towels will be replaced every 3 days. There is no where in the room to dry our wet towels. Also no daily room service and no toilet paper was provided daily. We had to help ourselves from their storage.

The location was perfect ! close to local attractions yet in a peaceful area. The space was spotless and exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in very easy !

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. There was nothing I would change. I would happily stay here again.

The room was small but had everything you needed. We stayed for a couple of nights and it suited us well. It looked well maintained and was very cosy. The hotel sent the codes to obtain the key from lockbox on time and didn't have issues. The location was simply excellent, very close to the the station.

The locks to the main door are a bit tricky as the cylinder just keeps turning if not done right. The shower is very small and had poor pressure and heat. There is no reception, it more of an air bnb than a hotel however it was still very easy to check in.

The location is less than 10 mins walk from the main station (Santa Maria Novella) and 2 mins from a Tram stop which suited us to explore the city and beyond ie Siena/San Gimignano. We walked everywhere in Florence and it only rtakes about 15-20 mins to get anywhere you want to visit ie Museums, Ponte de Vecchio etc. The apartment itself is well equipped, the beds very comfortable and a great sized room. We could raise any questions with the staff who were present every morning. The apartment is opposite and excellent restaurant and there are several small bars that were also very pleasant. a great choice.

We had one small issue with access to our accommodation on the last day but this was resolved with the owner very quickly and he even paid for our drinks while we waited for it to be resolved. I could not fault the accommodation for either quality, value or location

Loved the location, it’s very close to the main attractions and not in a crowded area. My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late. I had to do a self check-in. Got all instructions and everything was fine. Actually I almost didn’t see any staff, only bumped into them a couple times and for me it was great for me. I think there are only a few rooms, maybe 5 or less, and for me it was great. Very quiet and clean. Wifi was good too.

My room was too small. A bit hard to have two big suitcases, because of that I couldn’t use the patio (one of the suitcases was in front of the patio door). But I think they offer bigger rooms. Also pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Close to the station in a quiet part of town within 10minute walk to all that Florence has to offer. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, spacious with all the amenities you could need for a city stay. Instructions on arrival were clear and breakfast served each morning was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant location with only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the tram stop. Everything very clean and staff very accommodating even arranging an early breakfast for us on 2 days as we had trips. Breakfast was great with a good continental selection and fresh coffee.

Location was great for us as we were arriving an leaving by train. It is very close to the train station and at the same time not far from the historic centre (10-15min). The space was clean (except the glassware) and nice, easy to reach on the parter floor. The lady that welcomed us was also very sweet and allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to.

Our room was quite small but I guess fair for the prices in Florence. There was a little bit lack of privacy since the patio is kind of shared with the next room - it is separated with a stand. Other than that all was good and we did like the space.
