I loved the external space, as well the localization. The reception is so pretty and has a feeling of home. Staff was absolutely amazing and gentle. The room was very nice and as soon as the bathroom started to get a little dirty, someone cleaned it. I was also able to leave my luggage there before my check in and after my checkout which was amazing. I loved that we had lockets to leave our stuff in.

My only complaint is that was really hard to use the common spaces when there was no AC 😅 thank God the rooms had it, because it was like 40°C outside.

What I loved most was the location. I spent 200 euros for 7 days, and I was always just 5 to 10 meters away from amazing sights like the Duomo and other attractions. The people were very friendly, always greeting you with a smile. The dining area offers various types of coffee and free water, which is wonderful! Honestly, if I were on a student budget (as I was at the time), this would be the perfect place to stay!

I believe the shared bathrooms in the sleeping areas could benefit from some improvements. While cleanliness is inherently challenging to maintain, I spent seven days in a room with nine other people. It would be advantageous to have cleaning services provided every two days, especially for the floors, showers, and toilets. Although the situation was manageable, those who are particularly mindful of cleanliness should take note—don't forget to bring your slippers! If it’s not feasible for the staff to implement this change, perhaps leaving some bleach in the bathroom could be a viable alternative!

Lovely hotel, everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious with air conditioning which made a huge help with the heat in Florence summer! We also had a very large bathroom. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and a lovely space to relax in the evening. Also a shared fridge available by the front desk to keep your food cold, and cold water sold for only €60!

The only negative was that the shower had no curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor when you showered which made it slippery! And we got woken up by the cleaners clattering around outside our room at 6am one morning. But apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Great location in Florence. You’re only a 5 minute walk from the train station, and then a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, and 15 to Palazzo Vecchio. Comfortable beds and rooms (I was in a 6-bunk) and all guests were chilled and it didn’t give off that it was a particularly rowdy place. Laundry facilities are great with free detergent to use. Lockable lockers within the rooms were ideal. I was also confident in their luggage storage room / system. Minor issue but not overly negative in this respect: There are no privacy curtains on the bunks themselves however it was a non issue as the other guests were all decent / friendly.

- the location is 10/10: only 5 mins walk from Firenze SM Novella. - the hostel doesn't provide breakfast but they provide free coffee/tea/cold juice that you can access all day. they also have communal fridge where you can store your food, microwave, and cutleries. - the hostel is located on a street with many bars, cafes, and restaurants which lead to the city center. - they also have a backyard which is very nice to spend time in. - the whole hostel smelled nice and clean btw. 10/10 would stay here again!

- the wifi could be improved bcs i lost connection occassionaly - i stayed in 9 beds female dorm. the beds are okay, but they're just out in the open, like no partition/cover between beds, so probably not very private. i was there for only 2 nights tho, so that was okay.

I stayed one night at Hostel Archi Rossi in Florence and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station and very central for exploring the city. The rooms are simply furnished but perfectly adequate for a city trip. I especially liked the beautiful inner garden where you can relax and enjoy free water, juice, and coffee. The free luggage storage is also a great plus. Overall, very good value for money and highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Florence in a relaxed and convenient way.

However, the rooms are quite basic, and the beds were not very comfortable. If you're looking for short city trip with great location and good value for money, it is absolutely fine.

Best location! Super quick and easy to reach from the train station and right in the heart of the city centre. The room was spacious as each guest was provided the biggest hostel lockers I’ve ever seen which helped keep the room clutter free. I also liked that we didn’t need to provide our own locks for them either. Plenty of common spaces and a bonus was the coffee machine that was free.

Despite the big dining area, there were little facilities to accommodate people who wished to eat on site. The microwave was good, but the space allowed for much more as there was plenty of unused kitchen space which could be used to further improve guest experience.

I booked a private room for one night, which was spacious and just what I needed after a very busy travel day. The shower was lovely too! The welcome was friendly and they had a great luggage storage room. The location is perfect for what I needed, everything is in walking distance and super close to the station too! Lots of restaurants near by and even some right next to the hotel so there's plenty of options I wish I had longer at the hostel to explore their communal areas as I didn't manage to see the terrace however I did use the coffee machine which was free and sat in the courtyard yard attached which was lovely and peaceful to chill from the busy streets. They also have really comfy indoor communal areas too and a large dining room for guests to use. The bed was quite comfy and there were reel curtains to close which was along and blacked out the room (something I struggled to find in Italy)

I don't believe this is the hostels fault but there is a neighbouring hotel with a child's play area right next to the private room I was in, I was woken up around 5/6am with children screaming (they were just playing but it did wake me up prematurely)

Exactly like the pictures. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and I close to staying inside enjoying the hostel instead of venturing out to see more of Florence. Yes it’s that beautiful. The staff were really nice and helpful. You have big lockers in the shared bedrooms. I didn’t take a shower there as I was staying only one night, but if you intent to shower there, then don’t forget to bring your own towel. They do have bedsheets. It is so close to everything! The trainstation is about 7minutes away and everything else is also only 5-10 min away (BY FOOT!) If I ever come back to Florence the Hostel Archi Rossi will definitely be my first choice. Thank you!

Location is fabulous for transport links and for main attractions. Check in and out were very easy and the building has some great facilities including various communal areas (garden, terrace, dining room, lounge) and spacious lockers with hanging space.

Being a bit picky - bathrooms and showers weren't awful but could have been cleaner, especially in hot weather when they are used more frequently. Similarly there does seem to be air conditioning but this was not very strong and/or wasn't used consistently, though this may just mean better communication is needed (i.e. confirming its existence and providing info on how to access it).
