Best location in Florence. We arrived by train (5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station) and as you step outside the hotel, you are immediately in the centre of Florence. Many restaurants and shops to choose from and Ponte Vechhio bridge and the Florence cathedral are less than 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is contemporary and clean and breakfast has many choices. The rooftop pool and bar area were fantastic and a beautiful place to sit and look at the sunset while sipping our aperitif. Staff at the hotel were great and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Florence. Loved the location next to the train station/trams for getting to and from the airport but also next to the main attractions. The staff were all so friendly and help and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and a variety of food and drinks available. The pool and rooftop bar was a great addition. The rooms were clean, decent size and had good storage and nice touch of free water each day.

Not much, perhaps the roof top bar being closed at 10pm and the door locked, we had wanted to sit outside later on our last day but it was locked. Also the pool had limited loungers (only 5) but this was not a problem for us but could be in peak season.

The location was great and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food options. I love the pancake making machine!!! Room was comfortable and clean be it a little small. Bathroom was large with a great shower.

The pool area lacked sun loungers and chairs in general. One member of public stole my chair and was quite aggressive when I took it back during her time at the bar (I was at the bar when she took my chair). Pool bar opening at 2pm is also quite late.

Fair breakfast, with good options of protein, dairy, breads, fruits, juice and pastry. Regarding location, the hotel sits in between the Santa Maria Novela train station and the Duomo, which makes it really good to walkers. The pool has sun light the entire day and provides an awesome sunset view. The staff's excellent mood is definitely a plus! Would stay here again.

There was some presence of mold in the tiles joint in the shower box, which I didn't expect in a place with these rate of reviews score and price. Just that, definitely.

Hotel only few mins. walking distance to train station and leather market. Area very congested, but it is in convenient spot. Hotel room beautiful but small. Roof top is great with good music and bar. Didn't use pool, but good size and beautiful views. Staff wonderful and friendly. Good breakfast.

Small but modern room. Not much space around bed, very tight.

The location was terrific - both for the convenience of the central train station and for easy walking to all the major (and some minor) sites. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and provided a recommendation for a really good restaurant nearby. Breakfast also was excellent with lots of choices. We had a few unusually hot days (in early April) and on two late afternoons we went to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the breeze and shade - very nice and great views of the city.

The room was wonderful!! The top notch was the air conditioning, so hard to find a hotel in Florence where you can control the a/c from your room. The bar at the roof was amazing! We enjoyed the view and spectacular sunsets!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, a lot of different options, and the best cappuccino! Location is great!

Excellent location for exploring on foot. good breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Nice to have a roof top terrace in the city.

There is no food or drink service until 2pm once breakfast has finished. Even the pool bar was closed. Ahead of our stay the staff were so helpful in booking dinner reservations for us and we had high hopes for the hotel. On arrival after an overnight delay in Amsterdam we we were disappointed to receive a frosty and unhelpful welcome. It later became apparent this was just one individual but she spoilt our impression of the hotel. A shame. We were a bit underwhelmed on arrival compared with the photos online.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to the train station, restaurants, galleries and so many things. Great having a pool in the summer heat and fantastic air conditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good also.

Not a lot of places to lie or sit by the pool.

The staff was amazing! They warmly greeted us every time we reached the lobby. My son got sick and they were very compassionate. We got a phone call next day to check up on us. It is also great that they staff the front desk 24/7 so when I left my key in room, it was no big deal. Plus, Carlitos was super helpful providing us whatever we needed whether it be a helping hand, extra toilet paper, or tips for our trip. I was also grateful for the powerful AC unit and location which is doors away from a self serve laundry mat, bank with ATM machine so no hidden fees, and a proper mini supermarket. It was great to be so close to everything especially the leather marketplace. It made for a wonderful stay.

Room was small and AC was powered off and controlled by master unit. I didnt realize it at first. But it was quickly fixed by receptionist after letting them know.
