Fantastic location. New tech, high quality finishes, well designed and superbly maintained. Even the door were heavy and sound proof and the door closers were built into the hinges and not those connected at the top. Efficient service, yet friendly and warm by everyone from front desk, to breakfast and housekeepers at the corridors. Too bad they don’t wear name tags so I couldn’t name them for compliments. Perfect housekeeping standards and high quality linen. Good quality big bottle amenities in bathrooms. High quality breakfast and great service from Mohamed and his team. Simple example: Breakfast opens at 7:30am officially, but they made special exception for us to start by 7:15am for a couple of days due to our day trips starting earlier. That was highly appreciated and just shows how focused they are on giving a great experience to their guests. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Solid 5/5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The only little shortcomings were 1) the lack of water glass for drinking and tooth brushing, only a couple of mugs in the living room and small plastic cups in the bathroom sink, which was surprising given the other parts of the room were so well designed and fitted, and 2) bath towels were still changed out everyday even though we hung them up to indicate we would like to recycle them. Perhaps housekeeper was too eager to ensure everything was perfect in their daily room cleaning - the beddings looked and felt brand new and fresh after each day’s housekeeping. The above are small issues that are not too difficult to correct. Otherwise everything else was perfecto!

The location is lovely and central. The staff on the front desk were so friendly and helpful - Andrea and Alejandro in particular. Thanks to Andrea for his excellent restaurant suggestions - he made bookings for us every night. The breakfast staff were lovely too, in particular the two men on duty all three days. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. And Netflix was a nice treat. Breakfast was excellent. Great coffee!

The walls in the room need a bit of a re-paint as there were marks in areas - I only noticed as the rest of the room was to a very good standard. There was also no hair conditioner.

First of all I would like the thank the reception staff for there quick response, I informed them that I will be coming in my car and before I come they informed me that there is some street work in front of the hotel and they arranged for me the parking garage, they told me exactly where to park and at that location both the valet guy from the garage and a guy from the hotel reception we’re waiting for me. They informed me about the city and where can I go, the hotel is small but very nice and clean and near all the areas in the center. I would like to thank all the hotel staff especially roberto and the two ladies in the morning shift and a guy from the breakfast area named mohammed for taking good care of us and making our stay pleasant.

The location, the room, comfort check-in and check out procedures very good. All the staff were great, made recommendations for places to visit. Andrew made us good aperitifs. I do not remember the other names, but Candy (or maybe Chandy) was very helpful at check in.As was her colleague for recommendations. Special mention to Roberta, who gave a bottle of chilled Prosecco as we had to change one room. Whenever west saw hr, she always had a smile, and time for a word or two with us. She is a credit to Flom Boutique. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

The Breakfast could be a bit better. Could do with a few more options. The coffee was no as good as the coffee in the reception. Apart fro.m that we enjoyed everything about Flom Boutique

I had a fantastic stay at Flom Hotel! The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Andrea and Pietro for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any request I had. Overall, I highly recommend Flom Hotel to anyone visiting the area. The cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made for a truly memorable experience.

The location was very convinient in the city center. The rooms were new and clean, with all the conveniences. The staff was very helpful. They organized for us everything we asked for, very polite and hospitable. The breakfast was very tasy and variable. The staff of the kitchen was very kind. I want to thank Alessandro and the kitchen staff for organizing my son’s happy birthday little event with candles and muffins. So grateful!!!

We liked everything.

The usual continental free breakfast was ok. Our concierge was friendly, welcoming and gave brilliant recommendations for restaurants, tours and generally getting around Firenze. Had a full packed 2 days. Love my welcoming birthday bottle of Prosecco. Would visit again.

The telephone in the room was not working so had to go down to reception. Unclear which items were free in the mini bar.

Most great places to visit are in walking distance from the hotel. Great choice if you decide to come by railways as it is close to the railway station. The hotel is clean and modern, feels like recently renovated.

The hotel does not have own car parking places, but cooperates with a garage some 350m from the hotel. The garage was not easy to find. The garage is on Waze navigation app, but Waze failed to navigate me to the garage correctly. Make sure to check the maps before you travel.

Close to excellent restaurants, the Mercato Centrale, and close to the train and tram stations. The staff were helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and the hotel provided a great breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. The weather was very hot during our stay and the chilled lime water offered in the lobby after a hot day walking around Florence was bliss - its the little things like this that stand out and make a difference.

The hotel is in a great location of the historical city, in walking distance to the important touristic locations. Delicious breakfast options. The staff are friendly. The rooms and hotel had all the amenities we needed during our stay.

The street had construction. It was blocked for access by car. Pedestrian walkways were used by cycling food delivery courirers as well which was not comfortable for walking with luggage and stroller. It was temporary construction though and irrelevant to the hotel.
