The location was perfect! It's very close to nice trattorias, restaurants, and fornos for fresh local bakeries. There are also supermarkets in the area. The area is full of life and very safe!!! Walking distance to all the landmarks. The host on check-in was very nice (check-in is not in the same block but it's really close so no concerns there), no problems on arrival as I received detailed instructions in advance. The room was as expected for a crowded Italian city but the location exceeded my expectations!

I understand that windows with inner views may bring in bad smell from the enclosed spaces but mine couldn't open and instead had a circle hole with a plastic opening for fresh air. I stayed two nights so it was ok but if you plan a longer stay, it may be claustrophobic a bit, especially if you can't spend the whole day outside and want to rest in the afternoon. Also, be prepared for stairs with no lift, it's common in Florence and this place is no exception :)

The room for 5 people is large and bright. Very comfortable beds, and there is air conditioning in the rooms. The bathroom is outside the room but it is its own and has a lock. They provide towels and there is always toilet paper available in the common area between rooms. Inside the room there is a small refrigerator, and in the common area there is a large one. The man at check-in is super friendly, and they store the suitcases without any problem. The neighborhood is very nice and has good restaurants. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the tourist area. For the price you are paying it is a very good hostel. Much better than others for this price.

When you arrive at the accommodation you have to go to another address to check-in. It doesn't say it in the reservation, but it’s very close, a few houses down the street.

The location was great, the apartment was close to everything you woud need or want to see, the staff was very welcoming, the room and bathroom were very clean - they even kept them clean during our stay, got us new towels every other day and made our bed.

Sometimes there was a smell outside if you opened the window and it lingered a bit into the room, you couldnt really get much fresh air in. We could also hear our neighbours, its not the most soundproof.

The room was spacious even with 3 bedroom + 1 small refrigerator +1 wardobe + 1 kettle + 1 tableandchair. There's plenty of space in the room to open 3 big luggages in the same time. We have our own bathroom (eventhought it outside the room) so we can leave our stuff in the bathroom. Everything is clean and smell wonderful. And Giuseppe at via Santa Reparata no 5 is helpful and smiling a lot.

If you have a noisy voisin it would be painful. Go to the toilette during the night can be a bit difficult for those who afraid of drakness

Very sweet staff, doesn't speak english, but it doesn't really matter, we managed easily 😀 Super comfy and cozy. Perfect for low-cost travelling.

The bathroom was a little broken down, but nothing too big. If you open the windows, you get an unpleasant smell in the room. Use the door for ventilation.

Pleasent stay. Cleaning lady was lovely and kind. Host opened the door after midnight, much appreciated.

There is a sewage smell if you’re in the room that looks onto the inner space rather than the open street.

The stay was in downtown it was affordable clean and very accessible the man at the reception was really nice when we checked out we were capable of leaving our luggage at his place which was really useful

Really comfortable bedroom. Nice and quiet and in a really great location! Also the property felt very secure which was an added bonus!

The bathroom could have been slightly better. The water pressure was slightly low. But that is being very critical. As it was still a clean bathroom to get washed and ready in.

The location was great, close to the cathedral and a few minutes from the train station. Giuseppe the host was friendly and helpful. We could get into the room as soon as we arrived because it had been cleaned already. The room for 4 was hughe with a desk, cupboard, a fridge and two beautiful windows. The room and the shared bathroom were impecably clean. We loved it!

There was no elevator to get to the 2nd floor but the room was so big and nice that we did not care.
