The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was really big, we also had an extra bed for one person even if we booked a double room and that was great. The location was nearly everything that we could visit and it's very easy to arrive from the airport. I love the fact that there was a bidet and a large shower. The kitchen had a lot of things even if it wasn't very big, we didn't use it that much but I think that it's useful.

I do not want to criticize, but I think that it will be great to have at least one pair of single-use slippers for the number of people who booked. It's hard to transport them when you travel at low cost and we didn't find any shop that sells things like that for an affordable price. (It’s just a suggestion)

I was greeted by Daniela who was very nice and friendly. The flat was just next to the center of the city, a few meters away from the Duomo. Everything was accessible on foot, and I really appreciated the location. The kitchen was equiped but I had to buy some salt to cook. I had to leave it at the flat since I cannot travel with it. Maybe the owner should consider leaving some basic kitchen stuff (salt, pepper, oil...) ? Other than that, things were great and I had everything I needed. The place was quiet even though the walls were a little too thin. Within a week, I had no problem and felt good in the appartment, I would recommend it !

The place was not clean enough. Under the first sheet of the bed were a great amount of hairs and some other things, obviously not mine.... The bed was not done properly and I found it kind of dirty... Even if it was very comfortable. Maybe the owners should be more careful about it ? Also, the plates were not really clean, and I only had one bag for the bin, which was not enough for a long stay. The only thing I found disturbing was the fact that the appartment was not really clean, and that there was no broom available to clean by myself when I needed to. the rest was perfect.

I like the individual kitchen option and the best thing in this place is the location. There's the soap and enough towels for the bathroom.

The soundproofing was extremely bad. I have heard almost all the words from the neighbors, so sleeping here was not very good. Also there is not enough garbage bags and cleaning items for the long stay. Be ready that the repair's condition is not super fresh and more used in comparison to the photos.

The host was very nice welcoming us. The apartment was very nice, with light, air conditioning, a nice kitchen area. Quite central, very close to the train station and supermarkets as well as all main attractions. Despite the reviews, the bathroom fan is fixed and silent 😁

The room could have lighter curtains so we could open during the day, because the neighbours window is just in front and we couldn't open the curtains as the neighbour would have full visibility to the bedroom.

location was fantastic and the price was marvellous - superb value for money. we had the room with an extra child’s bed - despite the room being small it was great for somewhere to rest in the city. Daniela was lovely 🧡

fridge was a little too small and didn’t keep much cool and it would have been great to have an extra pillow/iron and ironing board.

Daniela is very nice and even gave us some restaurant suggestions... the check in and out went smoothly... Location is the best for sure. And the loft is spacious for 2 people... have all the necessary amenities to cook a simple meal. It would be nice to have just a few tea bags or coffee as a welcoming pack, but it is just a suggestion

The cleaning just needs a bit more attention... is not dirty... but there are a few marks on the walls, specially in the bedroom, that probably will go away with a just a wipe and it will be perfecf

Excellent location, just 5 minutes walking from the Duomo and the mercato Centrale. It was very clean, and the host was very attentive. Lots of restaurants and shops around and carrefour express about 3 minutes walking.

The kitchen is a bit small. However, it has everything that we needed it

Staff(Alex) very helpful. Since this apartment no has elevator, So he help us took our luggages to the room.

The apartment was very good for visiting Florence, you had everything near and even the main attractions were pretty close by walking distance.
