It was centrally located and early to get everywhere. The staff were tremendous, helping me learn Italian and very clear with instructions. Obviously other guests were not listening because the staff give a very clear intro to how to use the the doors, times they are open, and amenities available. Always greeted with a good morning and kindly provided feedback on my Italian. Even though I am very bad at it.

Power went out on the first night due to another guest. Was resolved in the morning and was shown the circuit board. This was not the hotel's fault.

Excellent location about 10 min walk from the Duomo. The room was clean and the bathroom was also fine. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Best location with great value for money. Located, next to a famous trattoria in Florence and the Mercato. It is also near the Duomo and the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for couples.

Location!! You are a few minutes walk to everything you want to see. And 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Surrounded by bars cafes and take away places, just by the central market. Whilst the rooms are shared bathroom, I was on the 3rd floor sharing the bathroom with only 1 other room, so never had any issues. Cleaned daily, fresh towels and restocked of basic toiletries, it was very good value. Whilst very close to the market, I had little noise in my room Which was the single on the top floor, with the small skylight window. Whilst the hotel is in a very old historical building, and has been remodeled several times over the centuries, it has plenty electrical outlets, and constant hot water with good pressure in the shower. Good Aircon. The staff were awesome, helping me with recommendations and loaning me a bottle opener for my room. Recommended for people looking for simple lodgings at a good price in a perfect location.

Reading some reviews by people who are expecting 4 star luxury, for cheap 2 star prices in the center of Florence. If you want 4 star, you'll pay 3x this price.

Location was great and the room is basic but has everything you need. There's parking 2 mins away and you can walk pretty much anywhere from the hotel. It's up two flights of stairs but that's pretty standard. Good value for money and would visit again.

The room was simple, clean with quick access to most visited historical sites in the city. I would say it is a perfectly located, quiet and simple accommodation for a short stay in the city.

Really strict rules with arrival times. My train was late and no flexibility for checking in late (but fortunately I made it in time). So make sure to have extra time for potential late arrivals in your schedule.

third floor without elevator, If you have a lot of luggage, it is difficult to carry. If you only have hand luggage, there is no problem.
