The staff (the owners, actually) were very kind to me - personable and helpful. The location was a convenient walk to some of the most famous places in Florence. The bathroom was clean and serviceable; not much counter space for loose toiletries. My partner is the one who booked it and she told me she had the impression that there was a balcony but on arrival we found that the windowless room has a 3-foot wide, 10 foot long utility corridor that ends with a narrow overlook into a small uncovered utility space. Hmmmm. That particular room wasn't luxurious but it was clean and comfortable.

As above, double check if the windows and the spaciousness of the bathroom suits your needs.

The location is excellent and I give 10/10 ! You are literally 2-10 minutes from everything you might have on your list to see in Florence. Walking distance to all interesting places. Beds are comfortable. Towels soft and smelling nice and clean. Some rooms have better view, we had room to atrium but we didn't come to watch from window but to see the town. Air-conditioning was included and worked well. I personaly liked the decor, blue room, white furniture and flower painting on bed. We will probably book again the next year because we didn't have enough time to see all we wanted and I would ask for different room (just because I like the other colors and decors too). Lovely place for the price and location!

The only small minus I must mention for bathroom in our room. The bidet and wc was so close to each other and to the wall that it was not perfectly comfortable if a person wants to wash "front side" in the bidet. In the shower is only shower head from the wall, not the hose. I personaly prefere to hold it in my hand and rinse the shampoo on my own way. The last thing is the heavy air in bathroom as it doesn't have window. There is ventilator but it doesn't make good job.

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the cathedral, which makes it perfect if you're just looking for a place to sleep. There were towels, as well as body&hair products, the room was clean. The room was also cleaned and the bed made after my first night (I stayed for 2) so that was a nice touch.

The wifi is available only at the reception (it didn't matter to me though). There is some buzzing from the neighboring machines and the walls are thin so you hear the conversations in other rooms (earplugs solve that problem). Ring the door to la noce hotel at the entrance. I rang Regina first but no answer. The two share the same reception desk.

Great location, close to both the cathedral and the train station. There was always someone at the desk, friendly and english speaking. The front door was always open, no keypads or PIN numbers to remember.

There was no kitchen utensils at all, not even a single teaspoon. The window was opening to the very little court, dark and a bit smelly.

The hotel was lovely. Modest, small room, but quite comfortable and clean. Hot water, good wifi, great location, very reasonably priced. Easy walk from SMN station. Leather market and great restaurants nearby. Desk staff was courteous, diligent and cheerful. Would definitely recommend to a single person or couple visiting Florence who want to save a bit of money. Will definitely return!

Great location, value for money & room has basic amenities. Our family was given a comfortable big room. They dont have breakfast but there's a cafe right across.

Soiled towels arent replaced, no soap holder in the shower and toilet windows need to be left open but beware of mosquitoes!

We had a room with the windows to inner courtyard, so even though it’s a central location in Florence, we didn’t hear anything from streets, so we had a great sleep. For the price, and location, it’s a good value

The reception girl was exceptional. She helped us a lot, was so kind and solar. I really loved her , there is a 24h reception . The reception girl gave us a map and helped us with the landmarks. If she is reading this: Thank you !

Ideal location. Took tram from airport then short walk to there. The hotel is next to all the sights to see!!!

Would be nice if there was a way to leave bags there before the check in. Had to just wait outside with suit cases.
