I really liked the staff they were welcoming, they understood me as I speak English, and they made every effort to make me happy with recommendations, or anything I asked for, they were always very helpful. I had contacted them in advance to make sure the bed would be suitable as I am finding the beds in Italy too firm, and the bed was awesome! Additionally, the breakfast included was always good, with fresh croissants.

I didn’t like the two flights of stairs without an elevator/lift, and I didn’t like having to deposit my toilet paper in a garbage can.

Beautiful quaint little hotel with a firm mattress and really lovely bathroom. Very close to everything. Our favourite gelato and our favourite meal, a Florensian steak, were both on the same street. The breakfasts were a great start to each day.

It is 2 floors up, without a lift. The 2 floors are very big floors. It's not a deal breaker but was tough after 20k+ steps in 38 degree heat. We had a lot of spam through Booking.com. the hotel were patient dealimg with this. As long as you can deal with the spam and some stairs I think this is a wonderful option.

So cozy and cute! Amazing location and spacious bathroom. We loved staying here and going to La Menagere in the morning. Clean and quiet.

Hallways were pretty warm but not a big deal! They warn you ahead of time, but the stairs are definitely a little tough with luggage. The shower had some issues staying on the rain shower mode, but the handheld sprayer worked great. I’m sure they didn’t realize and can now fix it in room 15. Water bottles cost money which was unfortunate since apparently Florence sink water isn’t drinkable. But maybe I was misinformed about Florence water. Lovely hotel!

From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were greeted with kindness. Our room was perfect for our family of four, with a queen and two twin beds. The linens were lovely, and the extra pillows and blankets were great to find. The bed was so comfortable that it made it hard to leave the room! It was a lovely oasis. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the staff member who welcomed us was so helpful with recommendations. I was so grateful that we were able to store our bags when we arrived early and after checkout, so we could enjoy the city more. The breakfast and the options available were very nice and helped us get going for a day of touring. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Florence.

This is a stretch, but the towel warmer didn't work, and I wish it had. Honestly, everything was great.

We had a triple room. Very spacious, very clean, looks new and very helpful staff. We had early arrival and the staff took care of luggage storage and they were placed in our room after check-in. Breakfast had a good selection of breads, sliced hams, fruits, pastries and drinks. Surprisingly the AC worked well even it’s just past mid March.

There is no lift but 3 flights of stairs so be prepared to climb with your luggage twice. We knew this before booking so no problem there. The only two minor issues we encountered: we never opened the room window but caught 2-3 mosquitoes, not sure how they got b/c it’s just past mid March. Our room is close to reception and breakfast room so noise was unavoidable in the morning.

The location is great, very close to the historic city centre and right next to the Palazzo Medici Riccardi. The staff were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The room was clean as well, and the bed was decently comfortable.

Our room was a bit crowded for how small it was, so it was awkward to move around the bed, especially on the side closest to the wall. I think they could give up the desk or get a smaller wardrobe to make the room feel a bit more spacious. The room was also a bit too cold, and it would be good to get some newer air conditioning units, because the one in our room was rather old and it took a long time to get warmer, even though the room was small.

Good location. Just about 15 min walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station and we were able to walk to all attractions as hotel is located in the heart of the city. Breakfast was simple but good, and I enjoyed it every morning. Both Room and bathroom were sizable and clean. Good wifi. Air conditioning works. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only set back is that they do not have an elevator, and hotel is located on level 2 (which is actually level 3 for some of us if our ground floor is taken as level 1). And, they did warn us when we booked. So if you do not have a leg problem and strong muscles to bring up your luggage, this hotel is value for money.

I can only praise, everyone was very helpful. The triple room was absolutely sufficient, clean, air-conditioned with a view of the street. The breakfast was very good, the lady constantly replenished what was needed. If you are in Florence, then here, everything is within walking distance, groceries, ice cream, sights, tram stop.

The location is very convenient to everything. You could walk to most places. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is continental, they start at 8am. I just wish it starts at 7:30, because I’m an early riser and would like my breakfast at least by 7:30 or before.

The walk up the stairs. I thought it’s only 1 flights of stairs since it said it’s on the 2nd floor but it’s actually 2 flights of stairs. They consider the ground floor as 0. It’s hard to bring luggages upstairs, it’s good that the staff is so nice to help us carry and bring down some of our luggages.

The location is good, it's near to the principal attractions, the hotel looks clean, the size of the room is good, it has all the necessary to have a nice time in your vacations. The breakfast si good, the personel is so friendly and they makes you feel like in home. We reached early, before tpo the check in, but there wasn´t any problem because we left our belongs in the reception and when we return the belongs were already in our room. REALLY GOOD OPTION TO STAY

The only thing that could be an inconvenient is that the build where the hotel is does not have elevator so it´s difficult and tire up and downstairs with your belongs, maybe for elderly people could be an important thing to consider.
