Staying at this property in the heart of downtown Florence was an absolute dream! The location could not have been more perfect—just steps away from the Duomo, charming cafés, and all the major sights, yet still peaceful and quiet once inside. The apartment was beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character, blending classic Florentine charm with modern comforts. I especially loved the comfortable bed, stylish décor, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations, which made our stay even more memorable. I can’t imagine a better place to experience the beauty and energy of Florence—I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

There was no moment throughout my whole stay where I felt I didn’t like a part of the experience and service.

We absolutely loved our stay at Arte’ Boutique Hotel. The staff were wonderful, and ensured that we were met with a friendly face every day. They were also on hand to answer any questions we may have had, and even booked a great meal for us in a beautiful restaurant on of our evenings. The room was gorgeous, and had every amenity that we required. It was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully presented. We had breakfast included in our stay which was continental style. I feel that this does it a disservice though, as we were stuffed full every morning! It was table service and we were brought plates of bread, pastries, meat, cheeses, yoghurts and cereal, as well as drinks. There was also a ‘happy hour’ included in our rate from 6-8pm every evening, which features savoury snack and drinks. The location for us was absolutely perfect. We were right in the centre of everything, just a few minutes walk from most of the things we wanted to do, but still peaceful in the evenings. We will absolutely be recommending the hotel to everyone we know who wants to stay in Florence!

This hotel is exceptional - right in hte heart of Florence, beautiful fit out and friendly helpful English Speaking staff. Such a nice touch having a glass of proseco while checking in Wonderful lift and we had stunning view of Duomo from our room. Got a great recommendation for dinner and a reservation made since we were late arriving (transport delays) it was just devine and only a few blocks walk. Thanks for making our Florence visit special

Excellently located a few steps from the Duomo and other major landmarks. A great (huge) breakfast prepared to order.

Room was quite small, not able to wheel a suitcase between the bed and wall. We had a room with a view of the Duomo, which only achieved by leaning out of the window. The website pictures imply there is a roof terrace but actually that is only available to those staying in the penthouse suite, which was disappointing as the terrace was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I appreciate it is mentioned on the website but only if you really search for it!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, from when we arrived until we left, they were just amazing. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. The happy hour drinks and snacks was a special touch and much appreciated. The complimentary water in the fridge and tea\coffee was great. They honestly couldn't do anything more to make your stay any more enjoyable, the place and staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We loved everything.

The room was incredible, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is also amazing. We will definitely be looking to come back on our next trip to florence.

Since it is an old building, the room gets a lot of the walking, luggage and footsteps noise from the shared hallway, so it does feel like a very thin barrier. But that was minor given the hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms and other guests were polite. But in case noise is something that bothers you, would be mindful of that.

The location was perfect, the room was beautiful with a view of the duomo and best yet were the hosts. Upon arrival, we had a glass of prosecco, reviewed a personalized map of city recommendations and a top ten gelato list. We were directed to excellent restaurants and walking tours and always returned to a welcoming and wonderful room to relax, shower and enjoy Florence. Great room design, spacious, perfect amenities. The hotel is a hidden gem for sure and I would absolutely stay here again!

Firstly Julia at reception! When we arrived, Julia was welcoming and lovely with a glass of processco offered. She went over in detail where we were on a map of Florence and what we might like, food shopping, etc. There are several cozy common spaces, beautifully decorated with free coffee for relaxing in and a complimentary happy hour. Breakfast was excellent, cold cuts, cheese boiled eggs, muesli, yogurt. fruit and pastries, etc. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated in an elegant, arsty way. Our room/bathroom while small (this we expected given the central city location) was delightful and well appointed. Location superb, we could see from our room the Duomo dome just one block over. In addition to Julia, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations in every way! Our stay was excellent in every measure. The staff were always excellent and happy to assist no matter the query. Room was incredible, a beautiful view from every aspect plus the rooftop terrace for enjoying the view even more. Breakfast was fantastic, and then you have their happy hour as well, a unique experience from such a hotel. The location is superb for exploring the city, right in the heart of Florence. Car parking was an excellent addition too, while costing 30 Euro a day, the hotel organised all for us, valeted the car and organised it to be returned to us upon checkout. They have created something different and totally special here. Couldn't recommend higher.

Nothing, totally exceptional.

We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and where to eat—super appreciated for a short stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The lobby and dining area feel intimate and welcoming, and the complimentary happy hour for guests is such a nice touch. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Accademia and very close to all the main attractions in Florence.
