Unbeatable location, well decorated big room, comfortable bed, sound proofs window, very convenient price and the host Pietro was great in making everything easy and possible, we are very grateful for that.

Just to mention there’s no elevator and the fridge was noisy some times.

Poor timing for cleaning rooms/bed changing by staff. Mop buckets and black bin liners left in the middle of stairways, dirty bed linen on the floors at the top of each of the stairways when we arrived In afternoon. Returning late afternoon on second day cleaning still going on and our room was not attended to. Can I suggest putting heating instructions in room as the small thermostat control unit on wall just inside door has nothing to do with it and just adds to confusion. Instructions to lift a flap on a heater by the window to turn on would be helpful

Ac is old school and it was not giving enough cooling. The only problem was the AC.

I absolutely loved the location—it was perfect! The room size was just right, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of cupboard space, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the lovely little table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The coffee machine was fantastic, making it a great way to start the day. It was such a treat to wake up, open the shutters, and enjoy the view of the street. The building itself is stunning, with its charming old-world character.

The room only has heating, not cooling. If you turn off the heating, you can't open the windows, as the main road outside is busy all night with people. While it's nice to hear, it's not ideal for sleeping. We couldn't figure out how to cool the room, as the system only allowed heating. There is no elevator, which is fine, but I arrived before my husband with a large suitcase, and it was difficult to carry it up the stairs. There’s limited mobile reception, but fortunately, the Wi-Fi is great, as the cell towers struggle to reach the well-built building.

The property was in an excellent location, communication was easy and the host was accomodating going above and beyond to make our trip care free ( exceptionally early check in and given the room I loved in the pictures)

The property was in a super location literally around the corner to the Duomo The room was comfortable with a sofa and the added bonus of an additional room with table chairs and coffee machine ( plus fridge) was unexpected but welcome. Shout out to the house keepers who were super friendly and helpful

The location is great, right next to Palazzo Medici Riccardi. The interior is modern and artistic. There’s a capsule coffee machine, and the shared kitchen has plenty of utensils. The staff contacts you via WhatsApp 1-2 days before check-in and responds incredibly fast. The place is very comfortable, with daily cleaning—even washing our used coffee cups. Noticing we used a bottle opener, they thoughtfully placed wine glasses in our room. When we left a note asking for more coffee capsules, they provided them. Luggage storage is free. The stairs are quite long, so carrying luggage up might be a bit challenging if you’re not strong. Overall, highly recommended!

I’m torn! I want to write a stellar review but I don’t want many people to discover this little gem! Fantastic location, incredible interiors (simple and unique, makes you feel you truly are in Firenze without trying hard!). There is no concierge but Signore Pietro, with whom I chatted for check in and out, and the cleaning staff were great! Friendly and at the ready to help! The room had a tiny frigobar which is super convenient and they offer complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits everyday. It’s super central, you can literally see the Duomo from the windows. It’s perfect if, like me, you spend most of your day in museums and want to do a quick midday break to rest in your room and recharge before continue exploring. Check in and out were super easy and practical, very well explained and easy to follow. Good WiFi is also available. Overall, I loved every day I was there!

The historic city centre is - obviously - very old with very narrow streets, buzzing with cars, small buses and people. So, the streets can be noisy, but it didn’t affect my stay that much. Also, I sleep with my windows open, that doesn’t help! 😅

We were in Florence for the last couple of days of a two week stay in Italy. The location was excellent. A couple of blocks from the Duomo. The room was spacious. They provided a bottle of water for each that's the first day. There was a coffee pod and a cookie with some Nutella for the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. Because of our arrival time and our travel around the city we didn't see the staff in person. But, they were very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. They helped us out quite a bit with taxis and questions that we had.

Top location, 5 mins walk from the Duomo. We really like the deco of the room. Clean. Coffee machine and kettle in the room. Wifi ok. Located in a busy street but the double glazing does wonders and you don't hear the street noise from the room. There's also a little bar immediately opposite the building convenient for breakfast and a supermarket around the corner. Got the instruction via Whatsapp to get in the building and the room the day before and it all went very smoothly. Same thing the day before departure for checkout instructions. Note: there's no lift

Exceptionally beautiful room with balcony and a really comfortable bed. Coffee/tea making facilities and a large wardrobe with basket of extras i.e. hairdryer, iron (requested) extra toilet rolls. Location was amazing, centrally based near all the wonderful sights and cafes for breakfast. Easy to self check in and out. Friendly staff.

Nothing really to fault, perhaps housekeeping to include cleaning of room/bathroom but appreciate there was only one woman working across a number of rooms.
