The location was great do many things surrounding you shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy you are in the center Room was good the bed actually was comfy and large size, its quiet room no bothering annoying sounds and noises the only thing you will hear is the Cathedral bells, Bathroom was good as well you got the bidet . the shower box is nice, The water pressure is great, The air condition was great you get to control it yourself, very nice Balcony on Duomo Cathedral of Santa Maria view, The host even serve a fresh croissant in a fabric bag hanging on your doorknob at 8 am ( see pics ) , They have a fast WIFI .. I do have to mention the hosts are super friendly and you feel they are like a family :) Thanks for having us . Well as most Europe there are no handheld bidet Spayer I wish they all start installing as an extra option it won't cost a thing, in our Apartment bathroom there was no banio only shower box which is enough for us but also no handheld shower installed only a large shower fixed on top see pics last thing the TV was a bit small :) ملاحظه البيدي متوفر و لا يوجد شطاف

Location is wonderful! Located directly across from the Duomo our room had a beautiful view. Walking distance to everything. Staff was wonderful and the best surprise was the bag of fresh baked croissants left on the front door every morning at 8:30. Very comfortable and very clean. If you get a chance go up to the 4th floor skyview where you will have breathtaking views and photo ops of the Duomo.

I've traveled to many places, but this was truly one of the best stays ever! It felt like a hotel packed with 1000% romance. For reference, this place is already well-known among Korean travelers for being a great find — and now I totally see why. I'm confident anyone who stays here will be more than satisfied. We actually booked this place last-minute after canceling a trip to Tuscany and deciding to stay an extra night in Florence — and what a lucky decision that was! We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace, which made the stay even more romantic. The interior was gorgeous, and the location? Unbeatable. It’s not just that you see the Duomo from your window — it’s literally next door to the Duomo Square. You step outside, and you’re right there. Florence was incredibly hot even in early June, and having this place so centrally located made it perfect to come back and rest throughout the day. Honestly, we didn’t even want to leave the room — it was that lovely. Sitting out on the terrace, sipping wine, taking photos with the Duomo in the background… it was all just perfect. Oh, and there's even a free self-serve bar in the lounge, which was a nice touch. In the morning, the host left a little bag of fresh bread on our door — such a sweet gesture. Absolutely recommend this place — without hesitation!

Like some other reviewers mentioned, it was a bit tricky to find the place on the first day — we actually ended up at a different hotel with a similar name at first! Thankfully, they seemed used to this mix-up and kindly pointed us in the right direction. The entrance is tucked right next to a souvenir shop, so make sure to look carefully when you arrive. That said, this is by no means a dealbreaker — the stay was absolutely worth it!

What an incredible location - right at the doorstep of everything you go to Florence to see. We had a magical time made even more special by the lady (sorry I didn't get your name) who went above and beyond for us when we checked out. At check out a very rare downpour of rain came and we needed to get to the railway station so she offered, and gave us two umbrellas and even tried to give us a small towel to take for when we arrived so we could dry off, incredible customer service and just an absolute star of a woman. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

Our in the front had double pane windows. Late at night, the crowd outside was still too loud. 2 am celebrating. We also had a room in the back, no noise

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Granduomo charming Accommodation. We can’t say enough about this Hotel to describe the level of hospitality and comfort. Location is amazing and probably with the best view you’ll find in center of town in front of Duomo. This hotel is 5 star rating by any account. The rooms are 100% clean and magnificent in every aspect with attention paid to every detail. You’ll even have fresh cut flowers in the room upon arrival.

This property is located right across from the Duomo. It was really amazing how we opened the door and you were right in the middle of all the hustle & bustle, but at night it was so quiet in the room. We had a room inside the building, which is probably why. Our room was lovely and so clean. Very convenient to the sites. We purchased a bottle of wine from a wine store a few doors down and wandered up to the rooftop room with a glass to enjoy the beautiful view and listen to the church bells. There was a small kitchen in the room with water & juices in the fridge which was very nice, and the croissants on the door every morning were a treat.

This has been our favourite accommodation of our 5 week trip through Europe so far! Going to sleep and waking up to the Duomo was really something special. The room is enormous! It has a little kitchenette and they leave cereal, fresh fruit, juice and condiments for you to use. A fresh bag of pastries are also left at your door every morning! This was a great touch, we really enjoyed eating our breakfast with our view each morning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We cannot recommend this place enough, and will be coming back next time we are in Florence.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location is literally right in front of the duomo which puts you in the center of everything. Despite the activity outside, our room was super quiet. The hotel has a beautiful sunroom on the top floor from which you can see the duomo at night as well as a sitting room. We loved sitting on each of these rooms after dinner. Each morning croissants were delivered at the door and the room was stocked with breakfast essentials. We were able to store luggage before and after our stay. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
