many thing is great about hotel. the location is perfect. easy to reach and central. I came by train and walked couple of minutes. there is a restaurant bar in the same building. I think it is a very good hotel in terms of price performance.

the special side of this hotel is that there is no lobby or staff. communication is just online. you check in the information by email (room password etc.) and checking out same way or qr code on the door. however, since the address link sent to me at the entrance showed the wrong block when opened on the map, it took me a long time to enter. and if there will be a problem at late time of you cannot reach anyone because whatsapp help is just chatbot, and booking center is hard to reach. the cleanliness could have been a little better.

It was in the center of everything. We walked from the train station to Numa in 15mins-20mins very easy. Stores and shops and piazza 1min walk outside the door. Location was everything and the place was nice. The lockers in Numa were Fantastic we were able to drop off bags and wander around until room was ready.

In our room the AC was barely working...now here's the thing once we got up dressed and left the room we forgot to tell management about it when we would get home it was too late to reach out to management so it was partially our fault because we never got around to reporting it so they could check it out so I don't blame Numa too much. Outside of that the place was really good!

The location was spectacular- an 11 minute walk from the station yet right by the duomo, about 8 minutes from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. We were delighted to find a spacious room with a clean bathroom. There was little else to do within the actual hotel but downstairs was a bar and restaurant (quite pricey) but the location MORE than made up for this!!

Our shower head sort of exploded from water pressure and it wasn’t clear how to tell anyone about the problem- there never seemed to be anyone on reception, though we saw people cleaning every day. It was not a deal breaker for us that the water pressure was TOO good!!

The hotel is situated in an excellent location - steps away from Piazza del Duomo and walking distance to many sites: the Uffizi and Accadmia Galleries, Piazza Della Signoria, Piazza Della Repubblica. Many restaurants, cafes and shops. Checking in was easy as the room # and PIN was sent ahead of time in my online NUMA account. The room and bathroom was large, and the view of the Duomo Cathedral from our window was spectacular. We appreciated the free water, snacks and fridge.

We knew that the room would not have air conditioning when we made our reservation - however, the room was very warm during our stay. Opening the window helped a bit, but providing a fan in the room would have been helpful. A shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries on would also have helped.

The property is just steps away from the Duomo Santa Maria di Fiore. And the room has a nice view is the front of the Duomo and the bell tower. The windows open up like French doors allowing you to observe all the activity below and the duomo. This is the heart of Florence and there are a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean except for the bed. It was clear that the mattress hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several hairs and toenails present. There was quite a bit of noise given that this room is located in a building in the middle of the biggest tourist attractions. But if you shut the doors, then it’s not a problem. They also provide ear plugs as well.

The location is key as the property is perfectly, centrally located and, although there were complimentary ear plugs in the room, the only noise of note was the chiming of the bells from the duomo bell tower and another nearby church each morning. The property is very near to the Arno as well as to all the cultural institutions and all key attractions were within walking distance, except for the airport. The elevator was also a key to making this stay a good one. The room itself was small although all that you could need was included and the amenities, linens etc were all of a very good standard. The property is surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes, as well as high-end designer stores, and there are plentiful options for souvenirs and local artisanal goods and produce as well as vendors selling local silk and cashmere scarves and leather goods on the streets. I arrived by taxi and the driver was able to drop me at the door.

My only reservation about my room is that I felt I paid at least 15-20% too much for a single bed especially since I was there in May so not during the prime summer period. It is worth noting that this is a contact-free hotel so I never encountered a single staff member and I’m not sure how I would have felt if there’d been anything go wrong. The property includes at least one other hotel on different levels as well as a bar and restaurant so the main access doors were always open and as a single traveller, I did wonder about the safety of the stairwell at night time. That said, I felt incredibly safe on the streets of Florence.

My trip was for work, but I was able to do a bit of sightseeing. The hotel is extremely well located and has everything we need. There are two points that I think are important: since I was there for work, I had meetings starting at 8 a.m., and breakfast also started at 8. So I missed it — perhaps there could be more flexibility with the timing. Another thing that bothered me was the very soft mattress, which really affected my back. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is centrally located and in a lovely building off a Main Street. Whilst located in a busy street we had no issue with noise from our room (we were on the third floor). The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a hotel ever. The room was a good size and the bathroom was well stocked with products and not in silly little sachets or small bottles. The shower was good. The hotel is not manned and so no one will come and clean your room each day but we did not find this an issue. If you run out of anything or want clean towels everyday, there is a cupboard on the floor for you to help yourself to. Our stay was excellent and being here just for a long weekend and being so centra to everything meant we could come back in the day if needed or were never far away at the end of the day to get back to the room.

The air conditioning was noisy but it did not stop me sleeping through the night although I did use the ear plugs provided. My daughter did not and she slept fine also.

The location is perfect! It’s right on a major shopping street, next to the Duomo, and a short walk to major attractions. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was cooled enough by the AC/ fan in the summer. Bathroom was nice with good shower (size, water pressure, shower heads). The room had everything I needed and was spacious enough for just me (single room). I like the keyless access because I didn’t have to worry about losing a room card and checkout was very easy.

The curtains had fallen out of the wall and were left stuffed in the chair when I arrived; later someone came to collect them. The leather chair was a bit torn and the rug needed cleaned to remove spots.

The room location was awesome. The communication with staff was through an app. Communication was very responsive and friendly, but not perfect (see below). The beverages in the room were nicely labeled "free". It was thoughtful that we were not left to guess.

The lift was not working on the date of our departure, so we needed to carry luggage down many stairs. The app folks told me I could enter the room as soon as it was ready, BUT the cleaning staff would not let me in the room until after 3pm (she literally counted the minutes). So my wife and I waited in the hall until 3pm sharp :-|
