Sparkling clean, great location in heart of Florence, super nice staff, thank Fatima for her great services and help.

Be aware, it is a bed and breakfast ( no breakfast). I didn't like a fact , concierge service only from 10 am till 5 pm, that elevator from 2 nd to 4 floor( skips 3d floor). First room we stayed for a one night had a bathroom on a very tall second floor ( if you see room pictures with metall stairs inside the room, it is leading to the bathroom. Next day , host kindly provided us different room , where bathroom was on the same floor, but room on 3d flood , where no elevator access. Location is excellent, rooms are beautiful, clean , beds are comfortable, views from windows , great place to stay if you don't mind stairs.

Everything was perfect! Fatima and Teresa are the absolute best! It was our honeymoon and they were so kind and gifted us a bottle of champagne + roses on the bed! Service was EXCELLENT, the room was CLEAN, and the Location was PERFECT! Fatima even made us coffee upon our arrival (to help with the jetflag from the US flights). The room with view of the Duomo was absolutely perfect!!! To whomever is reading this, please note: there are reviews online about a 'smell' on the bottom floor, but those reviews are old and that smell isn't there! Also, there are reviews about stairs, and yes - there is a first floor and maybe a few (~20) steps to get up to the reception desk area, but you're in Italy / Europe - walk around! Also, there's an elevator to help! Overall, WE COULD HAVE NOT HAD A BETTER TIME AND STAY. Fatima and Teresa are the best and were in constant communication with us to ensure our time was amazing! They recommended local restaurants and sent an extensive list of things to do which only enhanced our jam-packed itinerary. We would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! Seriously, this place is the best - Book it now!!!!

Honestly we have stayed in about 14 hotels during our tour of Europe and this is hotel by far had the best service we received during our whole trip. Fatima welcomed us warmly and insisted on carrying my bag to where the elevator starts on the first floor. It is a old building in the historic centre of Florence so you have to expect facilities of its age. I was happy there was a lift at all. The lift was totally safe though small and fully caged in. There are lights in the stairway/lift area which you turn on yourself at night, which was the norm in other places we have stayed. Honestly there was a slight musty or damp smell in the entrance but it was raining and it's not an internal foyer as such as the accommodation is on one level of a shared building. The room itself looked exactly like the photos and was lovely. Plenty of room, with cappuccino sachets which was great. Most hotel supply coffee but not milk. The location was amazing. Couldn't get better and still a fair price. Theresa checked us out and was lovely. We were able to leave our bags after check out for storage. There was nothing more the ladies could have done for us. The room was immaculate and the shower gel provided was heavenly. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was fabulous, right in the center of Florence, in ready walking distance of the most beautiful places in the city. In addition, everything we might want was provided in the room (coffee service, a small refrigerator, comfortable bed, good internet ...) and the hosts were remarkably helpful and friendly, going beyond anything we might expect. Would recommend Relais Tosinghi enthusiastically! (The attached photo is the view from our hotel room: this was E.M. Forester's Room with a View!)

The corollary of the wonderful central location in Florence is that, on the weekend nights we were there, a lot of noise and merrymaking in the street below our bedroom windows. It was cheerful noise, but a bit disruptive where sleep was concerned. This is the only thing I would be critical about.

We absolutely loved the communication from this hotel to us. The hotel messaged us immediately after booking. We couldn’t find the entry door to the hotel but immediately after messaging them, they guided us directly to it. The most amazing and BEAUTIFUL young lady named Fatima came out to greet us. Helped us with our luggage. Sent us a list of the best of the best that Florence had to offer. We left before reception was open. They came to our room and retrieved our luggage that we had left in it for the day. Absolutely perfect location. Complete perfection from this hotel and EVERY detail taken care of. Location was perfect. We could walk to everywhere we go. It is city center and located in a lively area but not really loud at night. The room is compact but we have everything needed and it was a comfortable stay. We really appreciate the recommendation for food and places to visit from one of the staff and it was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this property and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Florence again.

The only thing was when the card was not inserted into the slot, the fridge was also turned off. We were fine with AC was but we wanted the fridge to be turned on all the time.

The staff was nice. Location is great. You can see the duomo. Sound isolation from outside is great, you can barely hear the church bells and traffic. You get snacks and water.

They advertise a elevator from first flor. We were ond second flor with baby stroller and it wasnt available for our flor. The staff made us go to third flor with stroller and luggage, then back to seckond flor. We could have just gone to room, where he could take pictures of our ID. In the bathroom you dont have an satisfactory place to hang towels. The shower floor is little bit slippery, our toddler fell.

Beautiful classic Italian apartment building right near everything, comfy bed and good quality sheets. Amazing windows with views, super tall ceilings, modern bathroom. The girl at the front desk, like the other reviews have described is probably the most helpful person in Italy. She gave great recommendations for a restaurant and helped me figure out how to get to the tram to the bus to go to Siena. The only issue was that it was a bit noisy on a Saturday night, but it was a Saturday night by the Duomo, so that’s kind of to be expected and not a complaint and it wasn’t that bad. My daughter is just not used to being in a city.

The first floor of the building was dark and had an odor. The stairs were at times inconvenient.

great location, staff was super friendly and responsive to all my texts, room was more than big enough for family of 4 adults (upstairs + downstairs). Staff was able to hold our luggage while we explored before the room was ready. They also called a taxi for us. Room was pretty clean, bathroom was super modern and nice. Provided water and snacks for us. Great value for the price we paid.

The beds weren't the comfiest, they were a little stiff. There is also no AC upstairs so it got pretty hot up there at night - I had trouble sleeping as a result. They do provide 2 fans which helped but they were a bit loud. The entrance/elevator are pretty dusty/old/sketch.
