Loved the location! The most central location for a good price as well. The owner Lorenzo and signora Roberta were always on hand to answer any questions. We arrived quite late and were helped within 5 min. Lots of warm water and good water-pressure in the shower which was great! The breakfast was OK. A little low on different cold cuts and cheese(s), but toasts, yoghurts, muesli and other assortments were plentiful. And lots of bottled water on hand which we appreciated greatly!

The bed was really hard unfortunately! And sharing a duvet is not something we are used to. There was also something wrong with the toilet which, after flushing, kept making noises. The toilet is also very low so you'll have to "squat" when using it. The shower seemed to spill water onto the floor while showering.

Excellent location. Near all the touristic sites. it’s a great area with many restaurants and shops

The amazing location, the sweet old lady who was hosting us. You could always grab some snacks from the kitchen , water perfect hospitality

The size of the toilet, shower, and room is small, which would be the only downside, elevator is vintage which should be actually on the good side , just have to take it twice for the bags.

Location was perfect, host was flexible. Very clean and very spatious room. Good working vintage elevator. We could see bruneleschis dome from room which was amazing

Breakfast is served in shared kitchen which was unusual for us. It could use more variety but all in all exceptional experience

Brilliant location right next to the duomo piazza, and with a taxi rank in front. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good and is provided in the nearby area and can be accessed at any time. We appreciated the helpful information, good wifi, and good security. It was perfect for an overnight stay for catching a train the next morning - just 850m walk.

Although the windows are sound proofed, there was noise in the piazza u til the early hours.

VERY close to the Cathedral, less than a block! Great view of the Dome and the tower from the bedroom!

Cozy room. Definitely smaller than most, but typical for Europe. Of the 6 different places we stayed throughout our trip, this was the smallest room. Tiny bathroom. Thin walls, could hear other guests in the other rooms. ROCK HARD bed. We used the comforters from the closet the second night, to sleep on, which helped a little.

Really in the center.

The bathroom was a bit small. And the communication about the parking with the hotel was not the best. Till really last time we didn't know even if i wrote then a couple of times. A bit more information about it in advance would have helped

Everything was perfect, location, staff, room. Definitely will be back and stay here. Thank you Lorenzo.

Location excellent for getting around very central. Lady very friendly meeting us and even though no English we communicated well

Unfortunately no double glazing so extremely noisy during the night from the street below and bin emptying etc coupled with the hard bed didn’t give us a good nights sleep

This accommodation is in a great location right in the heart of Firenze, literally just around the corner from the Duomo. Really well located for all the sights. Access to a kitchen is very useful although the breakfast provided is very limited.
