The place looked very organized and well-arranged. The staff was lovely. The beds were quite comfortable. The view was amazing. There’s a pool on site, open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We knew this was a campsite, but since we booked a cabin, we expected it to be equipped for guests who came to stay in a cabin and didn’t bring their own supplies from home. The cabins were poorly equipped. We had to pay €3.5 for a bath towel; otherwise, we only had small towels. The food at the restaurant wasn’t particularly good. The cabin was small and cramped. All the doors opened outward — if you're not careful, you might hit someone in the head.

The staff was all very professional and welcoming some also speak more than one/two languages. The room is well kept and very clean. We were around just for one night but we wished we could have stayed longer. The premises are tidy and very pleasant to be around. There is a big pool plus a baby pool too just next to it. It’s great for wanting to be in a place surrounded by trees etc. The location is great too as it’s just 20/25 min drive to the center. If I/we have another opportunity or feel the need for a vacation in Florence, this spot is high on the list for accommodation. Really recommend it

The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem prior to us staying and nothing was a problem. The mobile home had three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and the bus to Florence is just about at the gate. This was our second time staying there and would stay again.

Nothing really. They bus ride into Florence is about 45 minutes which is a bit of a pain but it's nice to be in the country.

I have to say this was the first time we were trying other parts for vaccation, i loved , we loved it , it was an exceptional experiance , we chosed it for birthday of our son where we celebrated with strangers and with the help of the stuff we made it very very memorabile i have to say thank you to all the stuff especially the girls who helpes us get together birthday celebration of our son, the staff is very nice and well prepared i rellally loved our stay and it is kot going to be the last one ,.... also cosimo and the lifeguard were very very nice The girls (Animatrici) best memory for us...

The only thing we didnt like was the water before entering the swimming pool is very dirty and we had to try very hard not to walk in the water where evrryone takes shower,...

The people at the bar were wonderful. we would stop in for morning coffee, always prepared just right. Sitting on the patio looking over the hills of Tuscany in the morning and evenings was the best part. The bus from town stopped to let you off right at the entrance from the road. The people at check in were very helpful, they spoke English and were able to set us up on bussed during our stay. I certainly have boasted the place since we left as it was one of my favorite places that we stayed during our trip.

Not much to say here the bungalows were clean, a bit small but had every essential.

I liked that they were quick to respond to problems with the room. The staff was very friendly as well. Just a tip for others,everyone has to wear a swimming cap otherwise you are not allowed in the swimming pool. If you forget, no problem, they have a small supermarket and you can buy from there.

The curfew was a bit annoying. We travelled to Venice and because we were supposed to be back by 11pm we had to rush back.

We stayed in 2 small rooms, they are actually trailer-like. Very small, but comfortable, with heating. We traveled with a small dog, and it was important for us that she was allowed in. It was nice to be able to have dinner in the pizzeria there. The pizza was very good, we enjoyed it.

We traveled with a small dog, the charge for the dog stay was 18 eur for cleaning process afterwords. In the majority of places we stayed during this trip the dog was welcome for free. In this case given the size of the property the extra didn't seem very reasonable.

I liked the fact that there is free parking, friendly staff, there's a private bathroom and a little market that is opened even on holidays. The room was clean and good. We were with a car, but there's a bus stop near the camp that can take you to Firenze.

Soundproofing in the houses is not expectational so if you have loud neighbours you will hear them. But this is what you get in such a facility so it is what it is.

The property was great. The location was easy to find.

We were very insecure and unhappy when we were told that passports need to be left with the reception till we leave. Be aware you are only allowed into a swimming pool with a special cap which was an extra £3 per person from their shop.

The camping site is on the small side and we loved the quietness over the Tuscany hills The caravans were well cared for , we had everything we needed and staff was very friendly and efficient

To leave.. 😜 I wish I had a few more days there!
