The breakfast buffet was fabulous! As a vegetarian I was unsure whether there would be options, but I filled up on fresh fruit, focaccia with many different jams, veggies, granola, fresh citrus juice, croissant and other fresh-baked pastries, and soy cappuccino. I’ll miss the welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant!

This is not something that can be changed, but since this was my first time in Florence, I didn’t realize how crowded it would be. I wish I could’ve moved the hotel & partner restaurant to a quieter location! Despite that, I was surprised the room was quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely loved everything about this place – the hotel, the location, and especially the staff! We traveled with a group of friends and booked four rooms. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Duomo, amazing shopping, delicious restaurants, and the train station. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. The staff were incredible – super responsive and always ready to help. We had an early check-in and a very early check-out, and they made both hassle-free. One of my friends accidentally left behind two luxury hats, and the hotel staff helped coordinate with a shipping vendor to get them safely sent back to the US. We received them within a week! Thank you so much for the outstanding service and hospitality. We had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be back!

The location can't be beat, the cathedral is right on your doorstep, and you're centrally located to everything. This is really handy if you need a midday rest, or want to freshen up before hitting more musuems. The bed was very comfortable. Some may not like that breakfast is served in a different location, but its only a short walk, and the restaurant is right by Palazzo Vecchio, what a fantastic setting to have breakfast, also handy when you've an early morning booking for the Uffizi. There is also a small communal kitchen to get tea and coffee before you leave for breakfast. This was fantastic value, and I would highly recommend.

Whilst I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back, couple of things others should take note off, the fantastic location comes with noise, quiet a lot early in the morning as businesses prepare for the day, so bring ear plugs. The bathroom needs fixing up, toilet seat is crooked and awkward to sit on. Shower isn't sealed at bottom of the door, causing a flood on my first day. The hairdryer is very weak, and needs updating, I managed as a male with short hair, but my wife wouldn't have been able to use that.

Great location , our room had a view of the piazza. It was close to a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants didn’t need to seek further public transport after arrival. Lovely clean comfortable room and receptionist that are helpful and polite.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. It had more of a hotel feel than an apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi in our room was very weak. The signal would only be 2 bars maximum and would occasionally be zero meaning we had to use data sometimes. Some of the power outlets next to the beds also did not work leaving only one accessible outlet beneath the television.

I loved the little kitchen area on the 4th floor. It gave us a lovely tea at night and a cup of hot coffee in the .morning. We even had take out dinner there one night. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The location was great. Close to everything. We even went out one night and had a glass if wine in the piazza and people watched. This place is in the heart of the action.

The bathroom could use some extra hooks for hanging and a shower shelf or shampoos and shower gels wall mounted as so many other places do.. But it was very nice, clean and the bathroom fixtures modern. And the light switch by the bed could be changed out for one with a charging port for cell phones and accessories. And appreciated how very prompt they were fixing the safe when it didn't work.

The location is excellent, extremely central, easy walk to any of the sights, shops or restaurants. Although the rooms are small, they are beautifully decorated, extremely comfy beds and very clean room and bathrooms. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent communication with the hotel. Lovely touches like common kitchenette to make complimentary tea/coffee.

Our room was situated opposite the Sophie Loren restaurant, which was on the road of the Hard Rock Cafe, one evening music from both was extremely loud and could be heard in the room with the windows closed. In their defence I feel this was probably a one off as we stayed in this hotel in July and noise was not an issue.

It's about an easy 10 mins walk from the train station. We dragged our roller suitcases over the cobblestones and it was fine. The location is wonderful as it's a block away from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, so everytime you leave the building it feels like you are entering this amazing plaza / space. Tons of places nearby to eat and easy to walk to most tourist destinations. The room itself was great. Very clean and facilities felt new / updated. The daily cleaning service was good as well and left the room feeling very welcoming. There is free tea and espresso station with a little shared space to sit at a table. We selected a small room, so the room was fairly small, but had adequate storage and sitting space (one chair). The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a unique issue with the AC in our room where it made a small noise with the water condensation. It was relatively a low noise, but once you notice it, it can bother some people. I think most people would be fine as it is very low gurgling sound. The outside insulation is fantastic, but insulation within the building is light. This again is only a problem for the 10-15 mins when people come in late or use hair dryer super early in the morning. Overall, I would say noise wasn't an issue unless you are a very light sleeper.

The location is exceptional. When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming and helpful. She even recommended some activities to do in the city which was very helpful. We were able to keep our luggage before our check in time and we also kept them after checking out until the evening.

What could make this place perfect is having a 24 hours a day reception. Unfortunately, the reception is open from 9:30 am till 7 pm only. However, this was previously communicated to us. We stayed for 2 nights. Not all our towels were changed. However we could not ask the reception for other towels since we were leaving before they arrive and arriving late in the evening after they have already gone.

Location was great.

Half the electricity did not work. Only 1 lamp and 2 PowerPoints. No help after 7pm. Reception did not follow this up.
