The location is amazing! You are very close to the Republic Plaza and the Duomo. It was also clean and comfortable.

There is not a front reception so everything is communicated through WhatsApp.. To gain access, you have to open 2 gates with digital codes (for some that may be a challenge … it didn’t bother us). Had to pay the city tax electronically and would have preferred in person with a credit card.

The location was prefect. So close to many main attractions but was great because it was very hot on our visit so it was nice to be so close to come and cool down. A/C was amazing, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and gave us great advice on places to eat. Had a great water filling station that we used many times which helped keep us from having to buy water.

The only downfall I would say was the noise of the gate closing. Our room was closer to the lower level so the gate was very noisy but some ear plugs did the trick nicely.

The hotel has excellent and beautiful boutique style , very attractive with all the location, facilities and all the amenities at your hand. 5 min walking distance to Duomo and city centre attractions. Very convenient location. The hotel is superb, so clean with all the amenities supplied. The hosts are amazing, very friendly, smiley, pleasant, responsive and accommodating. They facilitated our super early arrival with ease and welcome. Thank you to all of them! Will definitely be back once in Florence again. We have enjoyed out stay immensely.

We loved everything about our stay! The warm welcome and personal recommendations from the host made us feel at home right away. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, with a spacious modern bathroom. The location is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk to the Duomo and the heart of Florence. Following the host’s tips, we discovered amazing local restaurants away from the tourist crowds. When we forgot a bag, the staff immediately packed and shipped it to us – truly outstanding service.

The location cleanses and most importantly the management is superb. Daniele is wonderful and super helpful and caring. She is most helpful in spending a lot of time to get our delayed 2 suitcases delivered the very next day. Highly recommend this hotel. Very safe security door system. ❤️👍😍🙏🥰

Taxi can be hard to get. a big problem especially to catch a flight. A young couple leaving the hotel noticed our anxiety and took us to a Uber and taxi stop on Via Ricasoli 3 minutes walk from the hotel front door, where people get off their taxi we got on . The manager should know it when no taxi is available on the phone. Taxi takes about 31 Euros. Life saver. I do believe that the management should know it and get the exact location as a last resort.

Excellent location! Step outside and to the right is the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room was very spacious, elegant and clean. Little touches were very welcoming. Daniel and the team were excellent with communication and assisting us with anything we required. The bed was very comfortable and everything was pristine. They also offered to hold our luggage after check out until we were ready to leave which was a nice touch.

Getting to the property by car (in a ZTL) was a bit confusing, but Daniel was great with providing instructions to get us there without fines.

Great location in the heart of Florence town. Really close to the train station which made everything easy. Helpful staff who offered to come and fix the air conditions unit when we had a terrible evening with it not working

Not very big, the worlds smallest shower, we are both very tall and found this difficult, also the window looks to a building, there’s not really any facilities. But staff were on WHATAPP of you needed them

Very communicative staff and so friendly. We were given a warm welcome on arrival by Arthur after communicating with the residence via WhatsApp. Bed was extremely comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Florence on foot. We really appreciated the water machine in the hallway - it's so rare to have unlimited access to cold still and sparkling water and it really made our stay so comfortable. Room was perfectly cleaned every day.

Bathroom fan did not work / stay on, but this was not a major issue.

The property is in a fantastic location- 200 metres from the Duomo square! It is also (walking) close to the train station. It is very clean and the fixtures and fittings are good. The bathroom was modern and the shower had good pressure with no loss of temperature that you sometimes get. Instructions to access the property were absolutely perfect, and communications before and at the end of the stay were also great. There was a coffee pod machine and kettle with teabags in the corridor just outside the room and we appreciated the bottles of water left in the cooler in the room. Thank you !

Our room had no view, but that is really picky, being as close as we were to the Duomo and therefore the centre of everything. My wife found the pillows a bit firm, but she does like extremely soft pillows. Lastly there could maybe be a couple more power points, although this didn’t affect us as we were able to charge devices using USB point.

The location was perfect. Just down the street from the Duomo, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The heat worked well as it was in the 40s much of the time. The cold/hot water machine just outside our door was very much appreciated.

Between my sister and I, we had a lot of clothes, enough for 2 1/2 weeks. There was not enough space for our clothes and we ended up living out of our suitcases, which we didn't like. It was not a major problem, though.
