From the start, Alfred contacted us and gave us clear information about finding the accommodation and check-in. He also offered for us to leave our baggage, as we arrived in Florence much earlier than the check-in time. He met us at the accommodation at the time we identified, and because the room was just finishing being cleaned, let us in early. The room was lovely, and the common area provided coffee and tea making facilities. I enjoyed using the coffee machine, a type which I had not used before. We were so close to the centre and the Duomo that it was easy to walk around wherever we wanted to. Alfred provided a long list of recommended restaurants. We actually used one not far from the accommodation, not on his list that was also excellent, Trattoria La Madia. In all, we had an excellent time, particularly as we only had one night on our first trip to Florence, and it was great. Thank You Alfred.

Absolutely nothing

This suite was huge! It was nice to have so much space after a few weeks of travelling! The room was clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The location was also fantastic — close enough to everything while still feeling private, safe, and quiet.

The bed only had a flat sheet as a 'fitted sheet' on top of the mattress, and it seemed a size too small. It kept coming up in the middle of the night, which just felt unclean and uncomfortable. The space also felt a little underdone. It was so large, with only minimal, rundown furniture (I was nervous the side table would collapse at any moment); however, some people may prefer that aesthetic, so each to their own!

The apartment was just meters away from the duomo, perfect location, 10 min walk from the train station. One of the staff welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed, he was very polite and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water machine which provided hot or cold water in the common room was a life saver. Also they had espresso machine. Would recommend this place.

We enjoyed everything, there was no downside.

Location, location, location! Just steps from the Duomo on a quiet street, and also convenient to the train and tram. The room was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned- perfect for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back!

Nothing- but be aware this is not a hotel. No breakfast available, but plenty of bakeries and cafés around the corner.

Staff were all great and so helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, the room was big, clean and very stylish; also the water filter in the communal area was a lifesaver for the hot nights. The bathroom was also beautiful and clean. The whole place felt luxurious, we were so happy with our stay!

No spoons or stirrers in the communal area for hot drinks, but a very small detail.

Perfect location. The room has everything you need for a comfortable rest. Cleaning was carried out every day, towels were changed and hygiene products were added. Comfortable and large bed. Separately, I would like to note the high-quality windows, which protect very well from the noise on the street, and the shutters perfectly protect from the sun's rays, which allows you to have a good rest in the morning or in the afternoon. Good general atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. The location is truly exceptional, allowing easy access to all the main sightseeing. The host was incredibly kind and polite, making me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Unbelievable location for the price. Short walking distance to all the sights of Florence. Room had character and was big enough for two, effective air con and comforable bedding. Host was friendly and helpful.

Some rust stains in the toilet bowl and chips on the toilet seat

The location is in the historical centre of Florence,near to all the major attractions and shopping area. The room was very spacious with all the amenities needed and view to the main street. The area itself it’s very quiet in the night and secure. What I found very helpful was the security of the room which is accessible only with a code offered by the owner.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the housekeeper entering the room in the morning when we were still there without knocking on the door before.

Great location! So central and exactly where you need to be for shopping, sightseeing and eating all of the food! Brilliant double shower. Very spacious room. Having the coffee and water station in the common area is brilliant. Very helpful to start your day and refill your bottle with fresh, cold water. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

The only thing that wasn't to my liking was the bed, I prefer it a bit harder, but that's just my preference. You can't have a bed that caters to absolutely everyone!
