This hotel is wonderful! Our bedroom, the breakfast area, and the large sitting room were darling! The breakfast was huge and delicious. And best of all, the hotel manager helped us in so many ways, from helping us get museum tickets, giving advice on restaurants, and more! This was our most favorite hotel on our whole trip! Thank you, Casa G!

Loved the design/decor of this hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and loved their focus on sustainability. Breakfast was lovely. Great location near train station and very quick walk to Duomo and other major attractions. We also really liked the electronic code entry and felt very safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, really immaculate. Amazing, friendly service but a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast and amazing living room space for afternoon tea or drinks. Just perfect!

Everything was perfect. Only thing that could be added is a smart tv with Netflix. The room was so beautiful we enjoyed spending time there when we weren’t exploring the city!

The details, the comfort of the public spaces, the breakfast and the other guest were all lovely. We enjoyed the honor bar!

Tastefully decorated in a modern , upscale way. All the included amenities were thoughtful ( slippers, shampoo, conditioner, water bottle, mosquito plugin repellent,). The location was excellent within 10 min walk to the Duomo . Breakfast buffet much better than average, with choice of fresh fruit, and vegetables as well as usual items( cheese , cold cuts , baked goods and eggs prepared to order.) The room was quiet , looking over the low roof tops in the back of the building, away from the bustling street.

If you arrive by car ,as we did ,it is almost impossible to stop to unload the luggage. Then you have to take it in the elevator to the reception. (The entry code was sent in the email.) You have to move the car immediately to a very close parking garage.The hotel gave us all the necessary directions prior to our arrival.

Really great location , super cute boutique vibe. Reception/manager Linda very accommodating and helpful. New concept to me of all electronic access codes and no keys to all entry points but it worked and kept the place secure. Room 11 also had a small balcony which was great to see people on a lower terrace. Honor bar at reception which we didn't use , but looked to have a solid collection. Morning breakfast also reasonable to start the day. Finally the bathroom was fully renovated.

I guess to be expected but the room was very small, taken up by the bed, limited space for luggage so it was tight. Still enough room to hang clothes and for small safe and coffee area. Totally acceptable for a 1 or 2 nights stay.

Great location within walking distance of all the interesting spots, staff was welcoming, friendly. they made great local restaurant recommendations for a vegetarian, property itself is interesting with relaxing corners

I had a minor plumbing issue

everything was perfect, access to the site was very well explained with the codes to access the room. The hotel is magnificent and the building is very charming. The decor is great too, with everything well chosen: from the corridors to the rooms and the lobby. We didn't have time to enjoy breakfast, but when we checked out we were kindly offered coffee and pastries, which were excellent. The room was very clean, a perfect size, and so was the staff. I would highly recommend this choice of hotel to my friends and family.
