The location is perfect. We visited Firenze many times and this location was so far the best. Close enough to the train station, so you don't have to drag your suitcases for too long but also close to everything else in the city. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped and refreshed every day The breakfast was just okay. We only had it the first day and then decided to go somewhere else.

The hotel's restaurant/bar was under remodeling, so that was very inconvenient, because we were not aware of it at the time of booking, i might have booked somewhere else if i had known. We like to hang out by the bar after a long day of walking and activities and it was not the case this time

There was no waitress at breakfast on our last morning, we were short of time and wanted early breakfast . Something had gone wrong with the staff that morning, every other morning it had been good ! These things happen but it was a shame as we couldn’t order coffee, and lots of breakfast items weren’t ready, 30 mins after breakfast started . I had to report it to someone on reception . I guess the person didn’t show up for work that day . However , despite this small mishap we had a great time and loved the room and location .

We were initially given a terrible room, after complaining one night into our stay we were given the room we actually paid for, i.e a large room with breakfast. after that everything turned out very nicely.

Our initial experience was awful, we were initially given a terrible room which was very small and not rectangular. WE complained immediately, & they moved us to a larger room, but which was not what we paid for, i.e ovelooking a shaft, that had the escape stairway immediately facing our window. WE phoned up customer care at booking.com and complained vociferously, saying that we were given a sub standard room (not the size paid for) & brakfast was not included (which we paid for too). the lady who took our call, must have subsequently contacted the hotel and all o/s matters were corrected. It is a pity that we had to go through this process on arrival.

We found the Cerretani team members to be especially helpful and professional at all times, trying to make our stay a positive experience. A huge shout out to the concierge team; Valentina, Stefania and Alberto were so accommodating and assisted us with multiple reservations and various requests. Our room was spacious and immaculate with plenty of light and a comfortable bed which helped us rest well for our jam packed days. The breakfast buffets were also fabulous, offering a plethora of offerings to please one seeking epicurean delights. We were always eager to come down for breakfast each morning, knowing we would be well fueled by a hearty morning meal. The morning servers always greeted us with a smile with Delfina's presence always uplifting and happy to assist. We will definitely return to Florence, and when, we do, Cerretani is top on our list. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The personal was very helpful and really friendly. We asked for recommendations for a restaurant the called directly to the restaurant for a reservation. Even when it was fully booked they still managed to get us a table. We asked if there was a possibility if we could get a more quieter room, and this was not a problem at all. The rooms where clean and more then enough space. The interior is modern and has a welcoming feeling. We enjoyed our stay very much! Also the breakfast had good variation. Everything was fresh!

The location is amazing!! The rooms are very clean and tidy! Very friendly and helpful staff!!

We had booked an Executive room, however, the corridor leading to the room was quite narrow with 6-7 steps after getting off the lift so we had to drag our luggages up and down the stairs on check in and check out (something we wouldn’t expect to do considering that we had chosen an upgraded room). Also, no view from the room, just at the back of a small street.

Was very expensive, what I wax disappointed about, that one day before our stay the price went down more that 60%

The location of the hotel is great; it is situated between the train station and the Duomo. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. I stayed in November when the weather was cold, but the room was warm, which was wonderful. The bathroom was excellent, featuring hot water and a hairdryer. After checkout, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours..

The room was at the back of the hotel, even though we requested a room with a window overlooking the street. Additionally, the room is dark because the lighting is insufficient.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Florence Duomo. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and with many amenities. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to make sure every detail was perfect. Great breakfast. Definitely recommended, and I hope to come back one day.

Nothing negative, just a tip: Make sure to tell the hotel if you are coming by car because it is in a restricted zone. They provide car services, and they take care of the paperwork.
