Location was PERFECT! Walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants nearby. Communication with staff was also good. Breakfast- we were given some tickets to go to a coffee shop nearby. For us specifically, it was inconvenient because the shop didn’t open until 9am and the last day we tried to make it, it was so full that we were not able to order anything. I had a schedule I needed to stick with so I couldn’t just sit and wait forever. I am just saying this to clarify not to give a negative feedback. We drove there so we parked in a Garage nearby which unfortunately, I am missing things from my car and that was the only place. Reminder to take everything with you.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is easy to get to all attractions and is about 500m from the Unita tram stop so has easy to access the airport. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and lots of hot water for the bathroom (but do take care in the shower - very slippery floor). Room had a kettle and Espresso machine. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day but we never saw them. Breakfast was at a small local friendly cafe / restaurant (opposite). Quality of food was excellent and quantity adequate (though some might say meagre). We did take one evening meal there and again the quality and service was fantastic. You can literally walk to any of the main tourist sites in no more that 15 minutes and the Cathedral is 200m away.

Our only complaint would be that there was no one on reception at any time!! Access to the hotel was not possible (front door locked) when we arrived at precisely the time we said we would. The primary telephone number did not work and we had to find another one to use (it was on hotel confirmation). This was not good enough and we only saw someone from the property for 5 minutes when they eventually turned up to bring us a key in the whole of our stay. With all of the other positives - once we got sorted - this was not an issue for us and did not detract from the holiday but could have been an issue if there had been an emergency or other assistance was required.

nice location ... good clean rooms ......suggestion " if someone checking say in the afternoon or evening .. there is no one to checkin... and if the guest is a foreigner with a foreign number it could be difficult to contact ."...Solution " need to modernize the locks and change it to pin codes ... that could be given to guest customers .... through email... messaging etc on the day of the checkin on a day before ....."

Phenomenal location. We rented the large bedroom (3 beds) which was very nice, and we would happily book the room again. Two things we would like to see improved: Breakfast and internet speed. Breakfast was unavailable despite being advertised, but the host offset that by covering our city taxes (~€16). The Internet speed was very slow and tested at 2.6 Mbps download speed, but we spent most of our time outside the apartment so just keep that in mind if that’s important.

The place itself is great, and so are the apartments. However, the service leaves much to be desired.

When we arrived, we had to wait in the rain for 10–15 minutes before someone showed up at reception — not the warmest welcome. Breakfast is served at a café about five minutes’ walk from the apartments. It includes a bun, a cup of coffee, and a bottle of water. Calling that a proper breakfast is a stretch.

Wonderful location literally around the corner from Florence Cathedral. The room itself is quite huge since there is a mezzanine for the smaller bed.

During our trip, the included breakfast was not available (the cafe which provided it was closed). However, instead of having to pay the city tax, they did not ask me to do so as a "refund" for the breakfast.

This was a great place and a close walk to the Duomo and the train station.

It fits 4 people, which is what we needed, however, the upper level with two beds is built more for little kids because my two grown children could not stand straight because the ceiling was so low. My son learned that the hard way and hit his head pretty hard. It was also very hot on the upper level. Luckily the housekeeper provided a fan for us.

Excellent location, near metro, historical museums and shops. Clean apartments.

As these were apartments, not a hotel, there was no normal reception staff, even at day time. All communication through whatsup, so if we wouldn’t have mobile internet we could stay outside for hours. When we arrived from train station, we had to wait 30 min on a street with my old parents for someone to bring us keys. If owner of hotel wants to save on a staff, he shall use modern technologies like electronic keys, enter by code. No internet at all. Would be honest to inform about this big disadvantage before payment.

Perfect location, City center, close to all the attractions as well as the main train station.. Clean room, well equiped. Easy check in, I arrived late Bcoz of the flight delay, but that wasnt a problem.

It is extremely noisy because its the City center. I dont mind it at all, I love sleeping listening to the City life wherever I travel, but if you want a quiet place, this is not for you. Except this, all great.

Overall, the room and beds were comfortable. There were several mosquitoes inside each night which were a nuisance even though we never opened the window. The staff were wonderful!

There were very few areas to plug in electronics such as phones and computers in the upstairs area.
