Very good location. Lots of stairs to get to the room but staff very kindly helped. They also very kindly upgraded our room to have a private bathroom which was very appreciated. No air con (which we knew when we booked) but the fan was pretty good for the summer heat. Shame about the rooftop not being accessible - I’m sure it will be beautiful once opened up again. We had a really nice stay here and would come back.

Room a bit small but otherwise good

Great city centre location, 24/7 rooftop access with a spectacular view, comfortable beds.

It did not have a parking but it has a deal with a nearby garage that is expensive (37€ per day). We suggest parking the car on the Parcheggio Villa Costanza (7€ per day), to which you access with a 20 minute ride by tram for 1,70€ per person. The tram leaves every 6 minutes. The room was a bit dusty, the ceiling fan should be cleaned as the dust falls of when active. As great as the location to the city centre is, mind that it's loud during the night if you sleep with the windows open.

The location was ideal. The staff were very helpful and were happy to extend our stay for the original price per night. The bedroom was clean and small. It had a water kettle, a tv(we didn't use it,) a wardrobe, heater, small table and chair, good lighting, a window to the street along with curtains and window doors to shut out the city lights. We shared a bathroom with other guests. It was clean and well stocked. There was a seating area on the roof open 24/7, it had panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. There was coffee and biscuits in the hall, if desired. Note: pictures are all from room.

Nothing. It was plain and simplely quite agreeable for or needs.

The location was absolutely perfect and topped with a jaw-dropping view of the city. You won’t be able to find somewhere so easy to incorporate into the busy plans that come along with staying in Florence. Leave a window open at night and listen to the bustle of the night life, you will never sleep better, especially after an exhausting night out.

While the shared bathroom is a bit small for the amount of people using it, I never ran into and issue with it being occupied when I needed it. Regardless of its size, it does everything you need a bathroom to do plus spit out some extremely refreshing hot water.

Location is perfect. In between train station and main square. Stayed in many hotels in Florence and this location is best. Self check in very simple with a quick responsive host. I felt very safe in the building

The bathroom smelled like stale sour cream and onions. The shower looked so unpleasant that I didn’t take one The room itself was very clean and smelled lovely The door into the apt. Is loud but earplugs will block out the sound from it slamming shut

Excellent location close to all atractions.Our room had an amazing view only one that did so a bonus if you get this room No 4.The rooftop terrace was wonderful .We chilled up there at the end of each day looking over the city and down on the crazy traffic and crowds.There are lights on the terrace not sure people are aware that you can turn them on when you step onto the terrace makes a big difference if you want to send time up there.Room was clean and had coffee tea and snacks available.Big thank you to Dimetri,for going out and getting decaf for me such a gent.Not sure why room has two double beds ?The shower is not private if staying with friends its in a built in wardrobe with glass doors in same room as beds?

Too many things plugged into one socket Very dangerous tripped the aircon.Shower is very unique and not private or easy to use

It’s on the 3rd floor I think and they have no lift. 😭🥹 We had to carry our luggages through the steep stairs. I hurt my shoulder. I didn’t think of it when I booked the room. My bad, really.

The room and the location were so perfect and have a nice view. And the Wifi is so strong.

To be honest, at first, the location is easy to find, but it's hard to access or to get through inside the building because the host didn't tell or leave a message or instructions how to get in to the building, luckily there's a guy checking out and that guy save our night. Another thing the private shower was not that clean and the drain is blocked by something that the water can't drain well.

Lovely little place with nice fridge and coffee facilities, the owners do try and help with any issues. it was awfully hot when we visited so this affected our comfort and the lack of AC is the only reason i marked down the comfort of the room. bathroom was outside the room but near by and clean so no complaints

Although the accommodation advertises being on the 2nd floor, so it cant really be a negative on them. what we didn't know is the 2nd floor was up about 6 flights of stairs and the roof terrace up another 4 (from memory) if you struggle with mobility in any way this is not the place for you. we're not fit but did manage for 4 days.

Central to Florence's centre, a short walk from the station and then a short walk and you are at the Cathedral of Santa Maria and amongst the most beautiful buildings and shops. The room was clean and well maintained. The reception had an expresso machine and cakes and bottled water you could help yourself to. The most special part of this hotel is the roof terrace with the most spectacular views you could wish for. On the evening we just sat on the outdoor furniture for hours in awe of the views.

Steep steps and no lift -ok for us but to consider if you have any mobility issues/small children. The shared bathroom was across reception, although only shared between 2 rooms it was hard to see/tell when it was free.
