Beautiful room. The location is fabulous. Frederico and Francesca were amazing and super helpful. Their breakfast is lovely. The bed was big and comfortable. Air con was a blessing in August. Once the window was shut you could not hear a sound from the street although the street is super busy and connects to the main square.

The lift was tiny. It is a lift just for your luggage. We tried to get in with our luggage as we arrived late in the night and took 5 minutes to get out as it is too tiny. It would be great if they could leave a free water bottle in the room like other hotels.

Everything about this B&B was just as we expected it to be, based on its reviews/photos. Federico and Francesca could not have selected a better location in Rome—but it wasn’t just about the location, they both provided top notch assistance at all times. Our room was very well decorated and included all that you would need for top notch accommodation. Our room faced a the corner of the building and gave us great view of traffic down below. Although the B&B is located in a busy area with heavy pedestrian and auto traffic, it is as real quiet in the room, no matter how loud it was outside. Will definitely recommend this B&B to anyone coming to Rome and needing a perfect location, within walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions. Kudos to Federico and Francesca for their meticulous attention to detail and also for the well prepared, daily breakfast provided.

A little tight in the elevator, going up to the 4th floor but this was just an observation and nothing to do with B&B—totally out of their control. Guess what, we got used to it.

The property has everything you could ask for in an accommodation. The hosts, Francesca and Federico are very gracious and are more than willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. It is very obvious they enjoy what they do. The location could not be better.. close to everything. We walked everywhere. Our room was very comfortable and despite being in a busy area it was quiet. I loved getting up in the morning, opening the window and soaking in life in Florence. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The choices were to my liking and the conversations with other guests was a great way to start off the day. We hope to return one day to the beauty that Florence beholds and this lovely b&b.

Great location, good price/quality room, and super friendly hosts!

Our room had windows on the streetside, we usually sleep with windows open but encountered quite some noise during the night from groups of drunken people trying to find their way back home (We stayed here from Thursday to Sunday - so popular clubbing nights). After first night we just closed the windows and used the aircon - all fixed :)

Breakfast was amazing! The room was also very clean and comfy. I loved pretty much everything about the place. The hosts were exceptional and very polite. They provided us with recommendations and answered our messages very promptly. It was the best hotel experience in Italy this time. The location is also amazing, you'll be right in the city center.

I liked everything. The elevator was a bit small, but that's just a specificity of the building; it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

This hotel was chosen as it has a lift (small but at least it’s there). The hosts were very friendly and appreciable with a good selection for breakfast, we also stored our luggage for the day.. The balcony is not an outside view but is great, if like me you need fresh air. The location is a short walk from the station and the Cathederal right in the heart of town.

The location is perfect. Close to the Centre and easy walking distance to all attractions and areas of interest. Also a short walk from the airport tramway terminus. Francesca and Federico are both charming, delightful and exceedingly attentive and friendly hosts.

The tiny lift, maybe less than 1m2 is awkward to manage. Max 1 person and 1 bag at a squeeze. This is however a whole of building matter and not specifically related to the B&B.

We were delighted with this hotel. It is easily walkable from the train station and extremely close to the Cathedral (5 minutes if that). Very clean and quiet. It is run by a couple, Frederico and Francesca. They were so lovely and really helpful booking restaurants for us. They also supply a handy little guide of not only what to see but also some great recommendations for food. Would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anyone staying in Florence.

Nothing, really. It's only a small place (six rooms, I think) and so doesn't have facilities of a big hotel, but I can't say we missed that. It's on the second floor of a block, and whilst there's a perfectly usable lift, when it says it's only designed for two people, that's exactly what it means!

The B&B is centrally located (you can see the Duomo from there), the rooms were very big, the breakfast was fresh with several options (you complete checklist with time of breakfast and you selections), but the hospitality of Francesca and Francisco was excellent. Upon arrival Francesca greeted us with something to drink, provided the breakfast checklist and shared list of recommendations of the city. If you opened the windows in the room you can hear the outside noise but once closed you were not able to hear anything, which was great!

I did not like the small elevator but this is an old building and very common in Europe so it was not the owners fault. The B&B is located in a building where there is another hotel and I believe residents that rent out their apartments.

Personal, friendly service from Francesca & Federico. Also, large clean comfy room with beautiful bathroom. Loved the windows from the bedroom over looking out to the streets of Florence! Quiet for sleeping.

It was a little hard to find using google since I was looking for a sign and we were pulling our suitcases from the train station in the heat. Probably my fault not doing a little more research.
