Room had great light even facing the courtyard, high ceilings, pretty modern fixtures despite being in an older building. Andrea was a great host and was really helpful with booking us a taxi and making sure we got some breakfast for our super early flight out! Location was perfect, just off the main piazza around the Duomo and the roof had a pretty view of the Medici Chapel. Would stay again!

Room floors could use more frequent cleaning since they’re hard floors and not carpet—my socks were pretty dirty after taking my shoes off and felt it felt icky walking out of the bathroom to the bed.

Incredible location, walking distance from the train station and felt very safe to walk out in the neighborhood at any time of day and night. The staff was very nice and helpful and even gave us recommendations for sightseeing. The room was perfect and the bathroom was clean and everything was functional. Breakfast was perfect and coffee was the best I’ve had ever had.

A bit confusing to find the property at first but once we found it, we were able to get it. We had noticed in advance the reception and someone was waiting for us. I can understand though people when they say they had trouble getting in. There wasn’t someone at the reception very often during our stay.

The room was great, check in was very good, everything was explained to us on arrival, the guy checking us in was lovely, and very helpful with suggestions of places to go, eat etc.

We were slightly worried when we entered the building, we didn’t realise reception was on the 3rd floor & you had to take a lift. Once there any worries went away. The paintwork in our room is in need of freshening there we scuffs and black marks in areas. I also go bitten a lot especially as it’s December & they’re mainly on my feet which I think must have happened either whilst in the shower or walking in the room barefoot, ordinarily this is an irritation but I do react badly so it’s a very painful one.

the staff were absolutely phenomenal, probable the best in all of italy that we had! Initially we had an issue finding the correct door, getting into the property and contacting them, but as soon as we did, they were amazing. there is an elevator and stairs available. The best part is the history of the property and how old it is. The view is a hidden gem and the rooftop you can see the medici dome so close and lit up at night. This property is in the perfect location from the train and all of the tourist locations in the city. the host helped us with a map map out our entire walk around the city and we were able to hit all the good stuff with insider tips! They also set up champagne and flower petals for our honeymoon which was so appreciated!! The breakfast was AMAZING. I still think about how much I loved it with an unlimited buffet and coffee. The decor was breathtaking! I would stay here again.

Room was very nice, even with extra bed for our 13-year-old grandson. Excellent location, easy walking distance to the Duomo, Medici Chapels, Train Station and pretty much everything else in the center of Florence. Luca is a superb host and terrific with recommendations as to sights to see and restaurants. Especially the pharmacy…ask him about it, it was a highlight of our visit to Florence!

Room was a bit dirty at times, especially on the floors, but not a deal-breaker. Also, it was a bit tricky to find the right entry door. We even had to help several other guests find their way!

This was my favorite place to stay on our whole trip thru Italy! The check-in was SO great compared to others. Super helpful friendly person there to greet us and tell us anything we need to know. Location was perfect! Breakfast was also amazing! My family with three adult sons were thrilled with a “real” breakfast including eggs, bacon and everything else. As if that wasn’t enough, they tidy your room and leave cookies and water bottles! The decor is also great with backlit lighting. Rooftop also came in clutch for wine at night with a view of an old church. Loved this place!

The staff are nice and welcoming. Andrea is very nice and friendly, he showed us everything that we need to know. The room is cozy, and the rooftop is a plus to have a relaxing stay after touring around. The flat is only 8 mins away by foot from Florence S.M. Novella train station and about 3 mins away from Cathedral Sta Maria Del Fiore and 4 mins away from luxury shopping center and about 3 mins away from mercado centrale. Most of the attractions are all reachable by foot. Another reason to book this flat is the buffet breakfast with 2 hot beverages included per person. It has a lot of choices to fill up your energy to start the day.

The extremely knowledgeable staff person when we checked in made us feel very welcome, gave us a map with popular attractions marked, showed us the rooftop terrace with the Medici chapel in the background, and everything was clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast! The food was great and it was so convenient. Especially with kids.

The property was difficult to find since there’s another hotel with a similar name down the street. Also the elevator wasn’t always working which became challenging with luggage to the 3rd floor. Small problems however.

Wonderful stay in Florence! Located on the top floor, but there was an elevator which was great when we arrived with our luggage. Walked the stairs the other times, great leg workout. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and roomy for three people. Great terrace at the top of the building with an amazing view of Medici Chapel (which is a must visit). We loved the location, it was close to everything! Can’t recommend this place enough, will stay here again if we visit Florence.

The location and room were good!

I arrived after 7 PM, and I had a problem accessing the hote/ receptionl. The doors were locked and I had to ask for help in a store on the side of the hotel. I called the hotel support number and the person that should have helped me with directions was not clear and did not help too much. Only when I was able to access the hotel and in my many call tentative, someone provided me the required information about the room key, etc
