Everything! Samuela was an excellent at answering all our requests leading up to our trip (as well as during our stay!) We were treated like VIPs and had a wonderful time. From our balcony, we could see the Duomo and listen to the rhythm of the day down below. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was just like home. Breakfast downstairs was coordinated with a local restaurant and was charming and a great way to start our day! Location was excellent and we didn't even have to use a cab for our entire trip to Florence.

From the moment we stepped into Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca, we were enveloped in luxury and charm. The historic ambiance combined with modern amenities made our stay an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail in every corner of this exquisite hotel, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service, surpassed our expectations. Our room was gorgeous and had the most beautiful view of the duomo. The staff at Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca epitomized hospitality, going above and beyond to cater to our every need with warmth and expertise. The staff surprised us with a beautiful array of snacks and prosecco to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. And when one of the restaurants we made a reservation for wasn’t answering their telephone, one of the amazing staff members went down to the restaurant to confirm in person! It’s the personal touches and dedication to service that truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Florence's iconic landmarks while still being tucked away down a quiet street away from the big crowds. Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca embodies the epitome of luxury hospitality, seamlessly blending heritage charm with contemporary elegance. Our stay was nothing short of perfection, and we eagerly anticipate our next trip to Florence and this fabulous hotel.

Gorgeous balcony. The rooms were spotless. The rainfall shower was luxurious and always had hot water. We were delighted with the gourmet breakfast each morning at the elegant location steps away from our facility. Seriously, I will dream of the pistachio cream croissants Samuela, and Asan were there to assist with all our needs. Cheerful dispositions and great suggestions for local favorite food spots. We were in the center of everything.

It is pricey. So there’s that. And a longer stay might be a tad challenging due to lack of drawer space and shelf space in the water closet. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first two nights; however the filters were cleaned and then it was perfect. I would not allow these things to deter me from staying again. The staff is amazing. I love the place. I am really going to miss it.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff were incredible, the room was beautiful, and the view of Florence was unmatched. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had, and the location couldn’t have been more central. Parking was valet at a local garage for €30 per night, and the staff were helpful in sorting.

The only issue we had was that the bar downstairs had a club night/DJ one night and it was incredibly loud until about 1am making it impossible to sleep. I haven’t marked the hotel down for this, because from looking at the other reviews this was perhaps a one off and the other nights were ok. But maybe pack earplugs just in case!

During our stay in Florence, we had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, a perfect haven after a long day of exploring. Its location was super convenient, placing us within easy reach of Florence’s top attractions. The staff truly made our stay memorable; both the lady and gentleman at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. A special mention goes to the lady, who went above and beyond by helping transport our luggage downstairs while we waited for our taxis. With such outstanding service and comfort, we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Florence.

It’s location is perfect! Close to the train station and a train stop, yet close to Il Duomo and most popular attractions. Short walk to Ponte Vecchio. The host/front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quite lovely, with the star being the balcony with a view of Il Duomo!

I only wish it was clear from the description that there isn’t a restaurant or rooftop bar/bar as part of the accommodations; however, it’s not at all an issue since there is a bar right below on the first floor, a beautiful restaurant across the street where you get a voucher for breakfast, and just about anything you could want close by.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is truly perfect, right in the middle of everything - easy to walk to historical sites, good restaurants, and good shopping. The staff (Alexandra and Hassan) were exceptional - they made our stay so pleasant and easy, and they were super helpful with car parking, information about the city, luggage storage, etc. Would highly recommend this!

Nothing really - if I had to choose something, it's that breakfast is in a building next door (but not really a negative).

The location is great, right in the centre of the city! Our room had a balcony with a view of the dome which was great and the bed was nice and big and comfy. Breakfast at the cafe included in the price was incredible, so many options and good quality. The staff were also lovely.

It’s not very quiet. We heard our neighbours on the balcony and on their room most nights and our room was right near the lobby so some noise from there also. Lucky I had ear plugs so still slept well.

This is my second time And I will book it again and agin absolutely. Very cozy clean comfortable they provide us with everything we need. Taking care of every single detail. Best staff ever they were very helpful , kind and amazing . They give suggestions on places to visit. Help us booking the train and the bus to the mall outlet. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level. Location is very good . And it’s near everything even the station Highly recommended.

The location and view from the balcony were amazing. I loved being just off the main center area but close enough to get there in a minute. And the view from the balcony was why I booked the place. The room and bathroom were both modern, with a few old-style aspects that made them fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I slept in on my trip. The breakfast provided by a local restaurant on the street outside the hotel was simple but fantastic. The hotel employees were very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

If anything, the stairs, but I expected that, so it didn't detract from my stay, and they did have an elevator that was modern as well.
