1. Excellent location in the heart of Florence next to the Duomo. We were able to reach Duomo, Pizaa de Republicca and de Signoria all by walking distance, also the central market was close by 2. Very good breakfast (buffet) but not so rich options. okay

1. Pricey compared to the size of rooms, and facilities. Nothing is offered in the toilets except the wall-mounted 2-in-1 shower gel/shampoo and hand lotion. 2. Had to wait a long time for check-in. booking.com mentioned 2PM check-in while they said their check-in time is at 2:30 PM 3. we were given far rooms 4. Cleaning wasn't perfect, I found a black T-shirt that belonged to a previous guest under the table, and the toilet had some hair. 5. The smallest room I had stayed in in Italy ever!

Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

No shelves, No place to put your belongings, so you have to keep everything in your suitcases as if you are staying in a dorm and not in the hotel for more than $400 per night. There is a kettle for coffee/ tea, but no cups or glasses, or spoons. They just put two cheap flimsy paper cups, which can’ t hold hot liquid and impossible to hold in your hand. Tissue, body lotion are not provided. That all mentioned, leaves you with an impression of a cheap place, not a $400+ room in a good hotel

The staff was really nice and accommodating. There was a nice breakfast offering everything morning on the top floor of this hotel. It’s a smaller hotel in an amazing location, the Duomo and museum of Statue of David are just steps away from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants nearby and walkable from the train station! Last but not least, the rooms were so cool temperature wise as Americans are used to cold hotel rooms, and this place had great Air Conditioning for the room. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered while travelling internationally. I would without a doubt stay at this hotel again in the future!

If there was anything to not like it was maybe the size of the room was smaller but it was not an issue for me. I’ve stayed in smaller rooms!

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and most of all the staff was amazing. We had a problem in the A/C , the staff especially Simone took immediate action trying to find another room but the hotel was fully booked so she suggested booking another room in a nearby hotel by the time the maintenance team fixed the A/C. The A/C was immediately fixed . That was a remarkable customer service. Thank you Simone for your professionalism. Also many thanks to Wael and Simon who were very helpful.

Surprisingly there were no tissues in the room but it seems that in the supermarkets also they don’t sell tissue boxes. Maybe this is a local behavior not to use tissues.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is easy to walk to the hotel from Firenze SMN Station even while pulling a travel suitcase. From the outdoor terrace of the restaurant on the 6th floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The front desk staff were also very kind—during check-in, they spoke slowly and clearly to make it easier for me to understand. The condition of the hotel room was excellent. It was very clean and well-prepared, and the bathroom was also spotless. The hotel is not only close to Firenze SMN Station but also within walking distance of major attractions such as the Florence Central Market, the Accademia Gallery, and the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. Within a 20-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza della Signoria, the Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery. If you ask the front desk, they will call a taxi for you at any time, and the taxi usually arrives at the hotel entrance within five minutes, which is very convenient.

This hotel was truly excellent, but the air conditioning was so strong that it actually felt like a downside. We visited in July, when it was swelteringly hot outside, yet the hotel corridors were cooled to the point that they felt cold. (Perhaps the cold air from the hallway was flowing into the room.) The room itself was also very cold, to the extent that we had to turn off the air conditioner and eventually sleep with the window slightly open. In hindsight, I somewhat regret not speaking to the staff at the time about adjusting the air conditioning in the hallway and the guest room.

Rooms and public areas were clean. Breakfast table was not overfilled with food variants but the food was either neutral or very tasty, no bad one. It was a nice feel to eat well before the long day and top it with coffee. Pleasant view from the breakfast restaurant terrace. Staff were friendly. Late check-in was easy and hustle-free. Location is good: straight walk from Santa Maria del Fiore and quite close to the train station as well as the tramp stop to the airport.

Location is superb!! 5mins walk to Duomo. We walked everywhere & can come back to the hotel to put our shopping since the location is so central! I want to compliment a front desk staff, Larissa. She's the one who did check-in for us. She's so friendly &warm & it made us so comfortable even before staying. Unfortunately we didn't see her the next few days. On the last night of our stay, my daughter got several mosquito bites on her face & arms (we kept the windows open as no aircon is provided in the rooms during winter season). Larissa immediately brought some insect repellent to us & fortunately they kept the mozzies away

The location of the hotel was amazing. 2 minutes walk to the Duomo and it was so good that we could make a break once in while in the hotel. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We appreciate that a lot. The breakfast was complete and delicious. They had several extra pillows in the closet which is necessary in my opinion for people who may like thinner or thicker pillows. The mattress was also very comfortable. I really recommend this hotel. I have stayed in B&B hotels and I can say their highest priority is your comfort. Would choose B&B hotels again...

Location of the hotel is best and the customer service was top notch. I just made one comment that my room was bit small (which actually was a good size for 2 people but we had our 8 year old with us for us it was little small but the views were amazing). Hotel took my comment seriously and gave us an upgrade to a junior suite, which normally biggest of the chains dont do. This was the best thing ever. Shows how important guests comfort was for the hotel. For me this gesture made hotel 5* A big thank you.
