I loved the place. It was very cute, clean, the location was great and it felt safe. The hosts were even able to accommodate a protein base breakfast, which is hard to find in Italy. It was only a little loud at night. You might need ear covers if you are a light sleeper, but it is the price to pay for being in the middle of everything. If you book here look for the light switches on the stairs. There are 3 of them and I didn't see any until the last day (my bad). It was still a great place.

Breakfast is included. Excellent location, close to most of the main sightseeing spots. Nice host. Cute little common room.

City tax must be paid in cash. Excessive noise: the property is right on a street with multiple trattorias that are open until late at night. The locks are extremely loud. If anyone's talking on the hallway you can listen to their every word. The bathrooms have no vents or extractor. We went in late October and it was hot, I can't imagine what it's like in the middle of the summer. The elevator doesn't drop you off in your floor (so you can't use it).

The location is excellent for being close to everything in the historic center as well as the tram to the airport and the main train station, and although it's a bustling part of the city the room was quiet. I liked that I could check in independently and then in the morning a very nice human was there, and the breakfast brought to the room is perfect to start a busy day. I feel it is a good value for the price--other places in Florence for the same price do not offer the same level of comfort, cleanliness and personal service. I will definitely stay there again my next time in Florence.

Service was really nice Francesco took care of us both days we were there. We had early trips planned and made sure we didn't skip breakfast. Also allowed us to leave our luggage while we went to the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. Which was only around the corner from our location.

Room was a bit small I am a 6'1" 280lbs guy and could not walk anywhere without hitting the bed.

Before the arrival, they explained everything in a clear way, and were communicating with us whenever we needed. Also we didn’t expect such a nice breakfast. Everything was clean, and everyday they came and cleaned the bathroom. Michela and Francesco were very friendly and ready to help. Finally, the location was wonderful! Hope to come back again☺️ Thank you!

Everything! You get exactly what you see in the pictures and description. Location is perfect, couple of seconds walk and you’re at the Florence Cathedral, central to everything. About a 10-15minute walk to the train station. Room was clean, breakfast included was great. We had a tours booked on a couple of days that required us to meet early morning, we were able to ask for breakfast earlier with no issues. A very cute run B&B, owners are fabulous, very friendly, excellent communication. Would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

A lovely small B&B just off the piazza where the Duomo is situated. Lovely staff who look after you well & who are on hand every morning for breakfast & enquiries. Checking in after 12 when there are no staff is explained well in the emails received beforehand, & is easy to do. We had the smallest double room which was cosy but worked well for us for 3 nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relais del Duomo and I'm very happy with my experience. Michela and Francesco made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions I had and provide useful recommendations about local attractions and dining options. The location of Relais del Duomo is just perfect. It is literally around the corner from the cathedral and within walking distance from many attractions in Florence. We also walked from and to the main train station. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a stress-free accommodation experience. Michela and Francesco's hospitality is first class.

Very Very Comfortable. We arrived in Florence on the train and it was only a 10 minute walk. Our stay with Relais Del Duomo was in the heart of Florence and so close to everything Florence has to offer. Now, I have never met such wonderful host such as Michela and Francesco. When we go back to Florence, I will have no problem staying there again.
