- It is steps away to the duomo - close to shops, restaurants - room is clean, decent - they provided free bottled water - you can leave your luggage safely before checking in or after checking out if you want to wander around - its around 10-15 minutes walk from the train station

- If you have mobility issues, ensure that you can manage stairs as there’s no lift. When you enter the main door, there’s like more than 10 steps. When you get in the apartment main door, there’s 20+ steps if your room is 105-108 - If you have a heavy luggage, ensure you can carry it with as there’s are flights of stairs

Location was amazing, just steps from the duomo. It was excellent for accessing the major sites. The property is undergoing some construction to the outside facade which was not mentioned in the description. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable and clean but we had no storage for clothing and items for a family of four. Despite being in a busy area, there was no street noise, but there was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms and sometimes late at night. You could hear people rolling in their suitcases and making quite a bit of noise as they were checking in quite late. The shower was clean with lots of hot water but the bathroom lacked storages for basic items. We stayed in room 102 and the air conditioning didn’t work great but they gave us a fan and that helped tremendously. The view from our room was quite awful, we kept the window closed so it felt a little dark. The staff was responsive but requested that I pay cash for the city/local tax, they eventually agreed to let me pay by credit card. the staff was very responsive. We never saw anyone at the reception area but communicated via WhatsApp When we checked out we were able to store our luggage until we left.

Excellent location in pedestrian area right beside the cathedral. Lots of restaurants, shops and a supermarket down the street. Easy to find with Google maps. Pleasant staff and the room had a small fridge and toiletries.

The breakfast arrangement with a local cafe. You had a voucher which entitled you to a coffee, pastry and orange juice for €8 each. You did get a selection of different flavour croissants but not value for money. Loads of places around where you get more for your money.

The location was great, it took less than 1 minute to reach the cathedral from the street. In addition, it is about 8 minutes by walking to the train station. The room was generally clean. They also let us leave our luggage until we left Florence.

It has no windows. The room was clean, but there was a bad smell that we could not distinguish. When we examined it, we decided that it might be damp. In addition, there is an elevator when going home, but there is no elevator inside the house, so you have to carry your suitcase up 10-15 stairs.

Location couldnt be better, central to everything, 1min walk to Medici Palace, 1min to the Duomo and around the corner from san Lornezo Basicilla. Communication from staff was excellent easy check in/out. Room was excellent very clean and bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if revisiting florence!

Everything was great for us, but if you have mobility issues it may not be suitable for you. It is on 1st floor of building.

Excellent location, 5-10 minutes from all attractions. Happening town square as soon as you get out of the property.

The washroom facilities weren’t great. Water flow from the basin tap was very slow, warm water took a long time to come. Only 1 small handsoap and small bottle of shower gel was in the room for 2 nights stay, more could have been left to use as needed.

Very good location, almost in the middle of everything in florence. Room was renovated and very clean.

The daily room make up could be done better by changing the bed sheets and towels. To get to our room we had lots of stairs ;) not many though but for us with 4 luggage it was a bit of a challenge.

the location very strategic,near duomo. there is best cafetaria in front of the property room are nice. breakfast are good.

Great location and very good communication with host.

Our bathroom had a very bad smell the whole time. The last day we realized the trap valve Wasn’t closed properly and that was probably the problem so it could have been resolved had we known the issue.

Location was great and very central, especially as we were only staying one night. Communication was good too - when I had questions they were answered very quickly.

Nothing specific I didn’t like. We stayed in a quadruple room for family.
